I am never satisfied. I want more HP. Had I left the Subi in the 650HP range as built, it would fine. I enjoyed the 750 setting and the turbo on it just wont hold that hp without heat soaking. A bigger turbo would take care of that, but I would sacrifice the low end power.

It's rebuilt and comes with the AEM ecm/CD7 display and complete harness. Only 4 pins to reconnect. I am looking for another car to put this in or if someone wants to make an offer I may consider selling it. package would be with the S4 that is geared for this engine.

Damn if I only had the cash. Always wanted to upgrade to the 6 cyl subie..

Pickup more power i would look into a Fast Hi Ram, getting away from the aluminum intake due to heat soak will pick up some power, looking good,
 
So, back to the car and this topic. Im counting the days to Veterans week. @HozayKwarvo has brought me in as part of the team and part of his .org. The car needs a few more weeks of work. Body, engine swap, tabbing, wiring, dash redo etc. We've got only a few weeks till the vets ceremony. I have no choice but to get my trailer and other supplies out and staged in Glamis. Car will take what it will take. Fingers crossed but not planning on it as I've done this to myself.

Cars getting the 12 inch Holley EFI dash and Holley ecm. Its getting placed center dash instead of behind the steering wheel. Grant didn't have any dashes ready so I pick up my old dash and hand it to my fiberglass guys. Fill and cut and prep for return. Ran that back over and seems my project has stalled out. They say don't worry, they've got a few cars that are ahead of me and it will be done.
I put the project on the back burner in my head and focused on the vets ceremony.

Day one of the 10 day trip leading in to the ceremony, I get a video from Adam. Lets see if this uploads.
 
They've still got plenty of work to do at this point but I am excited. This was a Monday if im not mistaken. Kali was planning on coming out with 2 F9 Funcos and my car with the tuner. The wind was due to come in Wednesday and Thursday so they postponed the delivery to Friday. I was working the Vets event at the compound on Friday. Shirt sales, pre sale pickups and the Flag Run. I wasn't due back to camp (pad2) until 4 pm. They texted me in the morning and I got to see my car on the trailer with 2 other F9s on Gecko as we were leaving. That was awesome to see. @JDMeister just happened to stop by at the same time and took this picture. My car was first on the trailer and last to be tuned. I wouldn't get to see or know much till the end of the day. FB_IMG_1731300538616.jpg
 
So, I get back to camp close to 4 with the event trailer. Everyone is on the flag run and at comp getting their trash bags and group photo taken. I am solo, My car is sitting there. Trey and Adam are a few minuets out from meeting me. I've got company on site waiting for Brian to get back. Its Andy, Blaine, Lovely, Don't remember if you were there @MWB I was kinda in a pickle. Wanted to say hi to all ya'll but I wanted to see my car too. Adam and Trey pull up and we go over the car. Adam drove the socks off of it tuning it. Give me the low down and says the shocks sure bang a lot. We fire it up and I check the bag pressure. He's sitting 55 up front and 65 out back. I chuckle and he says go for a ride. I get in, Trey sits passenger. I adjust the bags down to 40/50 and take off. We climb into the big bowl off pad 2, hit the entry lip and launch into the bowl. Car is ripping. Take it thru its paces and am loving the torque and power. Really liking the gear stack that @SeanRitchie put together as well. Get back to camp and Trey says, no shocks banging to Adam. :)
Adam proceeds to tell me this is one of the best cars he's driven next to one he built for himself a few years back. That made me happy.
They took off and I took it all in.
Car flat out rips. The balance is still good. Yes there's a bit more tail weight. I felt it right away but its not unmanageable. Heck, I forgot about it the next day.

So far so good and looking forward to the next 10 day trip.

Thanks for posting your ratios. I went with very identical ratios and was wondering if I was gonna like them or not.

I do too. It sure tucks away nice. Did some research on it when Adam said thats what he wanted to use. It;s a torque monster intake. I think it would look and work great with twin turbos as well. This engine pulls harder than my G52 with either the 415 or the 425 that went in it. Just runs fantastic. Perfect fit for me right now.

I know that you’ve been through a lot to get it the way you want but that’s because you’re a guy that loves to dune and knows what he wants to enjoy life.
