Trailers move around bad enough with outriggers down when the W is really going. On top of my truck or jeep it's going to be even more fun. Plus how in the hell do you get the thing leveled out so you don't roll off the side.Even the idea that I have to climb a shitty arse ladder to go to bed or crawl down to take a piss in the middle of the night doesn't sound like a good option, but heck they look cool.
When I used to camp in a tent I can remember a few times when you wake up on Sunday ready to leave and the wind will not cooperate. With my small dome tent it was no big deal to just tear it down and stuff the thing into the passendger seat of the truck, go home and fold it up. Can you imagine trying to fold up one on top of your car as the wind just sends it flying every direction but the one you want.
Screw that.
