Well, 3rd trip out with the new toy and what a blast!
Went to Barstow this past weekend, got there Friday morning. First ride out saw some markers for a race...didn't know there was a M.O.R.E. race going on Saturday, but that didn't bother us at all.
We ended up on a hill overlooking part of the course and watching for a bit on Saturday.
Hit Slash-X Saturday for lunch/live music, then Headed East of the 247 to explore. There are some awesome trails over there.
I'm still a bit timid with this thing and finding out just what it can do and so far I am so impressed. Before you get to Slash X there's a long whoop section, hit that at 70 mph and it was so smooth.
Casey had a flat in his RZR and so did Mark....on Mark's, I don't think I've seen a tire do this. Good thing for spare tires. :headbang:
All in all was a great trip.
Got home about 12:30 Sunday and if you know me...it was unload, clean and reorganize everything. Fun stuff, ready for the next trip.
