Turbo rebuilding SoCal?

Who do you guys use to rebuild turbos preferably close to Riverside. Or do I need to send it in? Have a couple of ball bearing precisions.  One of them stops sooner and makes noise when spinning down. No slop in shaft just noise and little resistance. Probably needs new bearing cartridge

I used this shop a few years ago to rebuild a pair of turbos. Did a great job, price was fair. Even called me with some options and recommendations. I'd use them again.

Huge shout out to PT Turbo. I told them I was in a time crunch trying to make it for Tday and he told me he would try his best. I dropped it off earlier today and he already called and said it will be ready first thing Monday morning.
