JUST IN: A Colorado appeals court has REJECTED former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters’ bond release bid, ruling her appeal came over a year too late.
She’s imprisoned for nine years after disabling security cameras on voting equipment, permitting a “QAnon” supporter to enter the storage area, and letting him duplicate the hard drives around a software update.
