Roger Walker Evans (December 3, 1938-August 2, 2025 was an American former professional off road racing driver and member of the Off-road Motorsports Hall of Fame. He was also a driver and owner in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Nicknamed "The Legend", he is the father of off-road racer Evan Evans. He resided in Riverside, California.

I met Walker back in the 1990s, we were at Mikes Sky Rancho, drank beer til dawn swapping lies. Fun times.

those days. Michael owns "South Point Casino/ Hotel in Las Vegas.

This one will hit home with a couple of buddies, Rod and Joe. They worked with him a lot and Rod named his first Son after Walker. Bummer.

I never got to meet Walker. I did meet Evan at a dealer demo in Barstow. Some of my friends did know Walker, and every single one said he was a genuinely nice guy.
