Many moons ago, someone posted pix of redoing a ramp door on a Warrior.
I need to do mine and was hoping someone still might have had some pix?
Long shot I know.
Thanks!!!!

What is the problem with the door?
I had the entire steel frame separate about 3" on top from the rest of the WW.
Have pics of that..

Wood is starting to give out, need to replace it.
Wanted to see pix of what is inside the ramp door so I know what I am getting into.

I would like to see pix of you issue if you don't mind.

I remember the thread & pretty sure I downloaded some of the pics.
I will check.

These are all I could find. I think the person had added the rebar to reinforce the door or something like that.
You right though, this was "MANY MANY......." moons ago. :ROFLMAO:

Wanted to update this and add what my ramp door looks like.
Has steel under the wood. I was surprised.

Going to add more steel when going back together.
Will post more as progress continues.

Mine blew through the frame last season. It didn't have steel or aluminum reinforcement, just the small 2x2 wood. I got the door back in place and reinforced it by welding angle iron the length of the sides on the interior of the door, then through bolting to a flat plate on the exterior to pinch the door and not allow it to flex as much. I also use 2x8s as ramps, and then picked up some cabinet extenders from home depot and mount them under the door to support further. It's kind of alot of steps, and your's will probably be a better solution. Just thought I'd share my fix
