Which Way Do You Like Your Turning Brake?

My first sand rail did not have a foot brake. Only two handle turning brakes between the seats. Pull both if you want to stop some what straight. 😝
My current car has a single handle on the left side of the seat. I pull back to turn left and push forward to turn right. Same logic as most but different hand on the wheel. It’s comfortable for me. I also drove twin screw boats.

I finished switching my turning brake around. Bleeding the thing was a PITA. I screwed around for several days with a vacuum style bleeder with minimal success. I was not able to get the brake firm on both sides. I ordered one of the pressure type bleeders and it made quick, clean work of bleeding the brake actuator and both calipers. Once again I needed to learn to get the right tool for the job:p:p. Here’s the bleeder and catch bottle I got. They worked really well. You just have to make a custom cap for the master since the kit only includes standard car type caps.
