Central air, two units 1,500 BTU rear and 1350 BTU front. Full ducting, with dumps for quick cool down. Residential style control. Two separate heaters, front and rear Electric awnings, main and entry door All side windows have double curtains All outside widows have pull awnings (except front) All canvas is in excellent shape, all matching color Slide protection covers are in excellent shape Roof in excellent shape Two water heaters, propane / electric Electric shades for front window (3) for driving Electric heated seats, driver and passenger (reclines) Pull-out sofa Two main slides, one bedroom Large fridge, not residential model, but close in size. Probably missing a few options. Overall the coach is in excellent condition. Asking, $65,000.00, but open to a reasonable offer and am motivated to sale.
