His Spotify podcast is on video. I agree, it is much better to see someone's body language, but I rarely have time for a 3-4 hour video so I mostly just listen.

I've been a Rogan fan for many years, stand-up, UFC and his podcast. When he was banned from the Comedy Store he started doing a lot of shows at the Ice House in Pasadena, about 15 mins from my house. I've seen him there, and a few other clubs, about 20 times over the years. I've talked to him at a few shows and he's a really good dude.

I was surprised when he announced the Spotify deal. It reminded me of the Howard Stern going to SIRIUS, which turned our to be the kiss of death for the Stern show, to me at least.

The first couple of months Rogan was on Spotify he seemed out of sorts and the podcasts were not good. I was bummed and started looking for other podcasts. Lately Rogan seems to have settled in and is more comfortable in Austin and the new studio so the shows are improving and I've been listening more often. Just listened to the interview Scott Eastwood (Clint's son) and it was good. Tried to listen to the David Lee Roth episode but I can't do it. Even Rogan is like Dave, WTF are you talking about?

I really wish Rogan and his team would do more research before spouting off whatever pops up on Google. And I wasn't happy with how much he bought into the Covid crap last year. Glad he has been speaking out lately against healthy people not getting the vaccine.

Yeah, that DLR one was weird. Dave is a dumpster fire.

If you want a solid one, check out the one with Jocko and Tulsi Gabbard.

Joe is pretty liberal, but he is not a progressive.  He also has some pretty conservative views. His interviews are more conversations then debates but he won't shy away from a good debate and will call bull Crap when he hears it.

The best shows are when his comedian friends are on telling stories though.

Joe is socially liberal, but fiscally conservative. He pretty much falls under the umbrella of Libertarianism.
He revealed after the election that he voted for Jo Jorgensen.

This is the river/house in Idaho that I spent a month every summer at, and also every Christmas vacation at until I was 14-15 years old.  Learning to fly fish and horseback ride in those rivers and hills were amazing, love me some Idaho.

  5. Was supposed to be there, but last minute changes led to me not being needed. Go say hello to Jason at the Liqui Moly tech & contingency tent. Rad dude, will probably throw you a koozie or even a hat.

  6. How about Glen? I believe his name was FastCorvair?
Super rad dude. Total cruiser. Built a couple of cars himself in his garage I believe.
Had a lime green one that looked kinda like a grasshopper. Thing was awesome!

Big Block Tank. Tank was not what you would call a mellow person his personality was a lot like his name, He could become a bull in a china shop at the drop of a hat.  If you didn't know or understand flag etiquette Tank was going to school you on it. You would not win an argument on it.

Tank first showed up around here trying to get his beam car finished up and in a few short days was claiming he was going to go to a BBQ 150 miles away and was bringing more food that we could all eat. Sure enough Tank showed up with racks of ribs, briskets, wings a smokers a BBQ and a desire to make sure every one was fed. His Good Ole Boy Southern Attitude could make friends and enemy's just as easy on the internet but if anybody needed something he was willing to help out any way he could.

There was a lot of things good and bad I am sure that he did behind the scenes and the good always out weighed the bad.  This was evident when the Glamis Fairy had a Nice ATC70  built for him and surprised him ( to the point of just about tears)  with it at the SSSS one year.

He offered more times than I could remember to come visit him and Lil Debbie in Tucson for Drinks and Pizza. Wish i would of taken him up on the invite before the demons in his head got to him.

Just got some Shiba and Akita. They have both gone up a bunch in the last few days and they are still cheap to get in.

Yup. I'm in with Shiba. If it ever hits what Doge hit, I'll be a millionaire hahaha. #tothemoon
