I’m an owner operator truck driver leased to a company in a local town and it’s a job I really enjoy. When Dad died a few years ago I decided to cut back my days from 5 to 4 days a week at the average loss of about $60k a year. It was the best thing I could’ve done. It has allowed me to take my place as the head of the family, care for my mother and handle our family affairs much more effectively. If it’s something you really want to do, and can afford it, go for it.👍

Colorado’s Supreme Court has declared Trump ineligible to be on the ballot sighting the 14th amendment. How many more states will now use their argument to pass it in their state. 

Yet another reason I love the south. Absolutely no CCW required. Kind of evens the playing field a bit.

As a truck driver with millions of miles behind me, I have seen more accidents than I care to remember. Not sure of your believes so I’ll just say this… it wasn’t your time. Maybe a wake up call though but not your time. Not many survive in the head-on crash with a big truck. It has something to do with the lug nut rule.

Based on what I saw on IG, the whole game has changed.  Massive, monster subs and amps.  They make the Solo X from the early 2000s look like an early 90s Pyle Driver.

Things have changed immensely in the SPL game. That system there won DB Drags at the USAC finals that year. It had 12 15s and just under 500 watts (rated). It was my last year. My SQ car won multiple World Finals as an amateur. 

I’m headed down to Birmingham to see what the new guys are doing at the IASCA World Finals and check out what the manufacturers have to offer. It’s been over 25 years since I last competed.

I was going to say AirTags but I think they recently changed the programming to alert anyone with an Apple I phone that there is one present. I think it had to do with people being tracked without notice.

Alabama is very inexpensive. 15 pieces of real estate, of which have 12 rentals, a couple 5 acre lots, a couple 1 acre lots and the 100 acre farm that has a Homestead exemption…. Total tax $2900.00. 😉

I got the 94 out of the weeds, cleaned up a bit and drove it down to the shop. Time to start the long rebuild process starting with suspension, brakes, steering and the like.

So after recently saying the boarder was secure, the Biden Administration has decided a 20 mile section of the Rio Grande needs a wall. You can’t make the stuff up. Now that the larger Democrat run cities are feeling the pain of illegal immigration, this has been put to the top of the list. Oh, and the funding for this is coming from the money set aside by the Trump Administration. 

I don’t have a recommendation for you but love your truck. It brings back tons of great memories of the early 90s showing my 87 Toyota. It was no where near your caliber, but still lots of fun.👍
