Buying a used vehicle from a private seller how can you confirm they have smogged it in the last 90 days?

He was awesome, rode around vet track all day with kids and adults letting them pass him and just playing around. 
Then he went to the main track for about 10 laps and yes he still has it. 

Saturday smog check for my diesel 🤷‍♂️.

I don’t remember a sport L model. I think sport is just a little fancier interior and rails on the roof for racks. 
Bought the car end of may, my daughter loves it and is getting 40+ mpg. 

I bought my daughter a 23 CRV Hybrid Sport 4 months ago for $38k.  Started off with the Costco program but worked a better price from the dealership.  DCH Honda Mission Valley, San Diego. 

Help me out boys. What is this worth? If it does not sell it’s going into my storage unit for 6 months.  
I don’t want to give it away but I want someone to use it more than I will.

88 kit still available, I have no need for it.

82 Honda 110. I have owned it since about 87.  Used off and on but has mostly sat majority of its life. 
After market carb(stock carb I could not get it to come back to idle quickly, would hesitate for a few seconds then settle down) I do have original carb still. 
New seat cover. 
Tires in great shape. 
Plastics all there but has some cracks. 
Runs very good, reg current and have title. 
Located in San Diego. 
No hassle price of $1000. If it does not sell for that I will store it and use it occasionally for another 30 years

Are these older skis still legal to use anywhere in California serious question... I thought the older 2 strokes you could not use at a lot of places these days.

I believe there are a few CA lakes that have a 2 stroke law. No problem on the Colorado river. 

91 650 SX Stand up jet ski.  Very good condition. All original warning labels, stickers. Silver motor, all stock except straight bars and finger throttle. Removed choke and installed primer bulb. Storage cover, beach stand. Original tool kit. On the fence about selling it so I’m going to start high. $2500. Located in Yuma but can bring back to San Diego.
