  1. 54 days in and hoping for a few more, dune car was flawless, sold the big car. Done with the drags will stick with 700 hp or less and dune way more than sit at the drags and watch side x sides. Never made it to Glamis or Buttercup stuck with Gordons, never made it to Duners Diner even though we live about 100 feet away.  Overall great season!!!

  2. $4,800 for the season plus electricity, which is October 1st to May 1st my spot is 25 foot wide and 85 foot long, I park my 40 ft motor home  and box trailer in line and usually leave my jeep Rubicon and a flat bed trailer there, and usually a truck, total respect for your property, all gated with access code to get in, everyone in the park watches out for each other and if any rif raf gets in they  are escorted out quickly, no bullshit

  3. The best option for Gordons is staying at the Gordons well rv park with full hook ups, leave your rv and toys and commute back and forth for the season, its like having another home with everything set up, drive right in and pull the car out of the trailer and away we go. It pays off if you go enough, we usually will run out to 5 mile drop which is the old entrance to Patten valley at the canal  and within 20 minutes we can be in Glamis, or stay in Gordons its been our best option, dragging the motor home and trailers home gets old.

  4.  Be your own boss, do not go to work for the man, get the 2 year business degree, not really needed but will help, get a general contractors license, create  a business, in the beginning take all kinds of work learn all of the trades and become dam good at what you do. Be a man of your word,  never do chit work, ever even if it cost you money, be honest, a man of integrity. Learn project management, and related, like dealing with difficult people, lol. You can create unlimited income, there are less and less of out there that actually are good. It will take a few years but you can build a good name hire a few good workers and build your company. Or go work for the man and take a pay check, nothing wrong taking a paycheck, less stress and you drive away at 5pm.
