We have a place near you at Happy Jack. We bought a 10' dump trailer from Jacksons about 3 years ago. Couldn't be happier. Only sees pine needles and tree branches. We love it.

The mexican food I get in Baja always seems to taste better than in the states. Atmosphere may be swaying my opinion though.

My favorite was the American History museum. Cool stuff there.

My buddy owns a septic company and does a lot of these certifications. 90% of them he has to replace the rotted concrete baffle with a pvc one with a filter. This keeps the leech field from becoming plugged with solids.

We had a mail thief so I made a bait package with a $20 tracker from Amazon. It was stolen. This is the picture I gave the postal inspector. Shows address and everything.  Rechargeable.  Battery lasts about 2 weeks.

Made we want to go drive it so I did.

There is a permanent correct way to do it but it involves core drilling for the recep box and sawcutting for the walker duct . Drywall repair will also be necessary.
