  1. I rolled the car out of the trailer to start prep for the season. Noted the green hue on the floor and ck'd the radiator and noted the missing 1.5 gallons. The radiator was replaced in march 2017. Started looking for a reason that it is leaking in the middle row, middle of the core. The voltage test (dvom looking for voltage in coolant) showed the following: ign off .6 volts both ac dc ign on engine off same start engine same during cranking same all accessorys on or off same disconnect ecm (engine control module} same ok, so my car has a disconnect switch installed in the positive battery cable and all the tests above were conducted with it both on / off with the same results. I had came to the conclussion that it was chemical even though the coolant looked good and flushed the system for 30 minutes via a bypass hose including about 10 minutes with the engine running. I refilled with straight central AZ well water and noted the same .6 volts! I have to admit I dont find myself here, (no ideas on what to do next) often but I will admit defeat! Hell the new radiator is enough pain by itself. gen 4 Funco Crawford Subi 2.5 Mendi, radiator is aluminum mounted directly to the frame and there is no voltage drop at the radiator, coolant tank, transmission or engine. Negative cable is bolted to trans case / frame mount. It has been a long day so I appoligize for what Ive omitted.
