In Magical Speed-landia those are called "Upgrades", "Race-Ready Enhancements" and such and sold to you at a Premium by the same guy you wrote the initial check to.

Also FIFY "where the purchaser found the flaws, crappy production issues and poor design decisions made by the OEM."

I watched ONE and realized Mr Gordon has absolutely zero mechanical skill/knowledge.

Maybe he's a good driver, but I think it takes a tiny bit more than that, to be a good builder/fabricator.

As someone who has worked on the same bench with him, I fully disagree with this statement.

Maybe that says something about my mechanical knowledge. Think what you will.

I don't agree with everything he thinks/does, but he has some really good idea's. I would say his only downfall is not accepting advise or idea's from those he works with (I have a few personal examples of this).
