My wife and I are young, we bought our house in 2016 and locked in our rate at 3.5% i think which was great at the time. Even then we were still in a bidding war for our house and i think we paid 15k over asking. There were multiple cash offers on our house but the realtor really liked us and swayed the buyers into selling to us. 

Fastforward to today and the house across the street from me just sold in one day for an insane price and it was a cash deal. Based off that sale my house has almost doubled in price from what I paid in 2016. Mind you we have remodeled so that added alot of value

My question to everyone is will the craziness and prices really come down even with the interest rate rising? Talking to friends, realtors, and watching the market it seems every house has a cash offer on it, So what will the interest rate matter if its a cash buy? I understand it might take some of the bidders out who can't afford the mortgage with a higher rate but do you think all the cash buyers will stop buying?

I have friends and family who are sitting on cash waiting for something to drop so they can start picking up properties at a reasonable price, commercial and residential

Concrete has shot up as well. We do commercial concrete and its up 45% since january

Its one of the best handling cars I've ever driven. Turns well and slides with ease, I rarely have to use my turning brake

Elite dual sport. I weigh in right at 3k lbs. Redline LS1 twin turbo, 700HP at the wheels. Absolute blast to drive and pulls the wheels up easily if i want it too

my family has 4 SCU cars. 2 big bros, 2 mid bros. Awesome cars. Not a huge difference when driving them but definitely a difference in cockpit size. They all have ls1 S4 set ups. One of the best all around duning cars out there. I bought an Elite last year (Dario built most of the scu cars in the early/mid 2000s and then started elite) Its very similar to SCU cars in handling but bigger in almost every aspect and more of a dual sport car. Red car is the elite. Orange and black cars are SCU, dad and brothers. Last pic you can see them all, Silver car is sisters, blue car is the disney car, grandpas.

lol you did it in the correct spot. That bowl is not nearly as crowded with people coming up and you have a nice audience watching from above. I'm talking about the people trying to dune on the other side coming from the drags. and i'm just chit talking lol i love watching the madness

Go for the beers, stay for the chit show. Watching the people who don't have a clue how to drive try to get a parking spot is priceless. on the busy weekends you are bound to see at least 3 cars almost get in a wreck because everyone thinks it time to show off on the dune right in front of it. We usually go to the drags and see whats happening for a few minutes then head over to the ledge for a bit. its cool if you want to walk around and see some nice cars

if all else fails and you need a loan hit up offroad loans. Clay is great guy and will get you financed but their rates are on the higher end
