This just means everything will get more expensive - and not what they think will happen, which is that you can all of a sudden afford to rent place to live in CA when making 20+ an hour...The intent is good, but the outcome won't be.  Rent and other cost of living expenses will just rise and the rich (landlords) just get richer.   There's really no win for entry level jobs in CA...raising the wage will just result in everything else relatively raising along with it.

And now all of these dummies will pay more, much more, in income taxes. The GOV just greatly expanded the TAX BASE.

Those who were liberal have turned fascist, now that their way of thinking has become accepted.  The wheel turns.

I guess the consolation prize is that the majority of libs took the jab, so if there are widespread "consequences", it will hit more hit that population harder.

And if i had to wager money, the politicians took placebo jabs.

You could guess Glamis must have been REALLY close to this historical record...

The record high temperature in Brawley was 123.98 degrees on August 16, 1903

Official world record remains 134°F at Furnace Creek in 1913

    Eff all that nonsense. :sun:

Off topic - I know...  Those records were set over 100 years ago. With all the GLOBAL WARMING (now we call it CLIMATE CHANGE), one would think those records would have been smashed by now and then beaten again year after year.

  7. I'd skip your questions since none of this is really about clean energy anyway. No sane person honestly believe the 12 year (or whatever number of years it'll change to in 12 years) BS anyway.

This is and has always been a device to get more of your hard earned money and more of my hard earned money, plain and simple.

  8. Great job and congratulations!!!! Dedication goes both ways for sure and it looks like this was a match!

As an aside, I have done business with Superior in the past and wonder if I've ever crossed paths with this fine gent.

Stupid idiots that think if we make more bike lanes people will stop driving and save the planet from imminent destruction. I smile and think of them every time I dump dog chit into the recycling bin.

You have inspired me sir. Let the dog chit into the recycling bin commence. I'm even going to encourage my neighbors to join this protest.

  10. I think it is a combination of the the sheer volume of SxSs' along with the lack of experience by many SxS drivers. A good way to gauge this is by who is or is not using basic hand signals out on the trails. More and more riders do not use them and a lot actually just wave at me when I am holding up fingers trying to let them know how many more riders behind me. That's a little scary.

I used to love to ride my dirt bikes at places like Gorman, Dove Springs, Spangler, etc., but the number of SxS's has grown at least tenfold over the past 4 or 5 years. It's just plain dangerous anymore out there. Now I pretty much stick to Rowher Flats for dirt bike riding since the trails at that place are not really SxS (or even quad) friendly, at least for the time being.
