It feels like all the weather people are trying to change our memory's of what the weather was like.
I remember as a kid it being rain all the time during the winter. I couldn't stand being cooped up in the house.
Hell, just a few years back it was raining like a mofo... I was so backed up with work it was ridiculous because of it.

When and if we ever go to war it'll be over before it even starts. We're so infiltrated. I have to imagine there are several terroristic plots in play right now. Blood will be on the Democrat's hands but they'll never admit to it.
I hope when we wake up out of this acid trip we're all living in that there are trials similar to the Nazis.

This is a lot worse than that. The initial recall was because the transmission would lock up at freeway speeds. Then there's the clutch packs that wear out and plug the whole thing up in short order
If I were you I would look it up on the internet see if yours was replaced due to the lockup issue you can tell by the bolts on the transmission. I would also suggest you look into the red line transmission oil flush schedule. People were extending their transmissions life dramatically by doing it.

I bought my daughter a 2003 Acura TL back in the day as her first car. She ran regular gas all the time and didn't ping or anything. Motor was still going strong at 220,000 mi..
I will tell you to watch out for the transmission. It's not if, it's when. They were all recalled but even the fix didn't fix them. A rebuild only lasted about 50k.

This topic hit me hard this morning. I am in the exact same position and have to make my mind up today...
I've been in business owner since 2003 and going through COVID burnt me the Eff out. I've been in zombie mode for at least the last year, hating every day of my job. I got freedom, I got money, I got everything in place, but my heart isn't in it anymore. Things have changed so much, my industry is not the same one that I signed up for. I want to do something fulfilling that doesn't burn my nerves out at the end of each week. I've been waking up in the morning ready to take on the new job and going to bed thinking it's going to be a huge mistake. For weeks now...
One thing I do know is if I keep going at the pace I am, I will be completely burned out mentally, spiritually, and physically. I had pretty much accepted that will be life along time ago though. That's what men do. All hard working men are supposed to sacrifice their mind and body to be successful and as financially stable as possible, but I've been really questioning that notion lately. We only get one life to live and sometimes it makes no sense to be so miserable. Something that I feel these newer generations are a little more educated on. They're all about their work-life balance and happiness, and they're not wrong.
I would like more than anything to know what it feels like to have a job that you truly enjoy that doesn't feel like work. If you can do it, just go for it. Worst case scenario, you go find another job. I'm 51 and I had no problems finding a job out there. I'm in a couple business owner groups in my industry and they're all transitioning away from the younger crowd to the older crowd as we speak.

In the last 6 months I've seen three work acquaintances close up shop because of this very reason. Someone that shows up on time, has integrity, and is a hard worker is an absolute unicorn nowadays.

Seems like a no-brainer but that's chump change for a company like that. I would imagine Glamis side by sides only represent 10 20% of their business. They worry more about their image and reputation. If there was a smear campaign against them by the environmentalists and the Sierra Club, I could see them donating it to them or turning it into a preserve, or some other crazy shizZ. Who knows, could be a big nothing burger, but I think we've all learned to fear the worst and hope for the best.
