I would call some local suppliers and see who they recommend. They usually have a idea who is good or bad.

Ya that was a tough loss.. 

So this is also her and her husband's 3rd property. They have a home in Adelanto with establish renters , a duplex in Louisiana and now this home in Mississippi that will be a rental when she is done with training.. along with that they have over a million followers on TikTok, IG and utube to make some extra money.. They are definitely doing it right from the start.

Unfortunately the thread I started 8 years ago got wiped with the crash.. It was pretty detailed in her journey so I am bummed about the loss of it. I think we left of with her stationed in Germany. Since then she won a active duty scholarship and moved back to Ca to get her degree in computer science. She graduated from Laverne university a few months back and started OTS (Officer's training School) in Alabama. We flew out here to watch her graduate and pin on her bars. She is now a 2nd Lieutenant. She bought a house in Mississippi close to the base to start her flight training.  It has been a long road and she has put the work in. So proud of my little girl

Out here we call the infiltration ditches. To capture roof and property run off.. There was a time when new construction or add on's had to put one in or capture the water in rain barrels using a calculation on how many barrels you would need. Doing a 10 day Alaska cruise on the 22 then maybe a 14 day to Hawaii in Oct. I get Balcony rooms for $100 a person, $1000 casino money $200 ship credit and free drinks thought the ship total with tax is like $600.. It is cheaper to live on a cruise ship..

We have Concerts in the park here in Glendora. It is right across the street from my house. So  just grab some chairs and some ICB and enjoy the show. Last week was a Queen cover band (Kings of Queen) They put on a good show. The dude played Freddie down to his package on full display for all to see
