I bought a big (oil-free) California air compressor and it's the most quiet AC I've ever used. And powerful AF.

Sorry for your loss Jerry. 🤧

F@cking sucks!
Covid is hitting everyone differently. It is like Russian roulette; you just don't know. One of my employees (25) tested positive Monday. He test negative today. You just don't know!
Live life to the fullest every day.
I have a conference in Vegas next month and although I'm not a religious man, I'm finding myself praying to God that I don't get infected.

Before clicking the link please know the rider did not make it.
From IG post:
Please keep Alex Harvill @ah352 and his family in your prayers. On his quest to break the world record he came up short at the Moses Lake Municipal Airport. However, unfortunately he passed away from doing what he loved. In heavens hands now brother. RIP 🙏🏻🪦#godspeed just remember it’s life or death. Don’t ever think it’s fun and games.

Fux0rs! R.I.P.
I can't imagine what his wife is going through right now.
Absolutely heartbreaking!

I don’t smoke…anything. Never have.
That said, I have friends that are subject matter experts and after extensive research it would cost ~$500k to get started in CA.
It’s not legal in TN but you bet your ass I’m jumping on the bandwagon if it ever is.

I just ripped up my TREX deck. It's Texas so maybe the heavy humidity / heat / freezing cold temps could have contributed. But it lasted great for 25 years. Then went to crap. It's NOT a lifetime product. Got very weak and started breaking in half where the majority of the traffic occurred. Plus, the color changed as time wore on. But....I didn't treat it with any type of treatment (Thompsons). So maybe that contributed to the decrease as well. What will I use for the new house? Peace
Thanks for the feedback Mr. Cheff. I'm 45 so if it lasts 25 years, I'll be happy. peace.

I did Trex for mine. Wasn't hard at all, just make sure to get the special screws or side mounting system to save on aggravation.
100%. As soon as we get settled in, I'm replacing everything with Trex (and covering it all up).
I also want to use Trex around the pool and pool house.

Just build a square deck and then cut off the parts you don’t like to get the shape you want with a chainsaw or a jigsaw or something

You are a miracle worker sir! Thank you for you everything you've done to facilitate RE/mortgage bitness for us and our friends!
I sincerely appreciate your work ethic, honesty, transparency and loyalty!
For anyone needing RE/mortgage help, you can't go wrong with Andrew. 🙌
TN, here we come!!
Note: be cautious when doing business with Mac because his definition of "I'm all in" is VERY different than mine.
