If someone had a Birria, sushi, taco truck I might be able to talk my wife into the whole "dez" thing..

Funny/sad thing is that she is such an awesome cook that she'd nose up to it all and insist on cooking herself after one trip..

On the big weekends there was a trailer out there that had very good quesa birria tacos. And I’m someone who eats those at all the good spots in socal.

I learned that Ohtani is a compulsive Liar.

The Woman who caught Ohtani's homerun ball said she didn't meet him, when Ohtani's interpreter said she did. This is the 2nd time in the last two weeks Ohtani is embroiled in a potential lie - of different perspectives. How big are these red flags?

I will ignore all those red flags when he’s back on the mound.

Camping area is huge and I dont think Rain will affect that but there is a small water crossing to go through and that can get flowing if it pours in the North.

I will be out there Thursday moringish.

Coming from the south what way would I go? I’ve heard a road was shut down to get there.

  4. So I’m thinking about checking this out this weekend. I see there is a Buggy Roundup 11.5. How is dumont if it rains. Is the camping area a big mess? Will I be stuck out there until it dries in my 45’ heavy ass motorhome?

  5. I put it in the work truck lol. I put a small amount in my raptor once and it started popping and the cat smelled. This was like 5 gallons of it mixed 50/50 in a tank that had 20 gallons in it already. Took an entire drive to havasu and back to get the cel off. Cat smelled weird from then on out.

All great feedback.  I always see the ballers on Pad 3 and 5 and I always wonder why they like that certain spot.  For me pad 4 is great when there isn't a lot of people. My camp crew now likes pad 1 for the ease in and out on gecko. I will not camp on vendors anymore because the dust just kills me. Roadrunner is great, but always hard to find a spot for 4 or 5 rigs.

The ballers just go in a straight line in front of pad 3 over and over again. Don’t use what they do as a metric. They are there to be seen.

I had my son last year (3years old) in my rail in his car seat with a neck collar to support his head. This year I'm running the same program, but recently bought a full face bmx helmet so I can run intercoms in it. The headsets don't quite fit him well in a car seat with the neck collar. We tried it once and it was nice to be able to chat with him and make sure he's ok.

Send a link for the neck brace please.

  8. Quad is sold. We will rebuild his confidence and try again next season. I honestly don’t mind having the extra space in the trailer.

Is it sound by chance of the larger engine? If the larger displacement or sound is scaring him maybe a quiet stock pipe could be a solution.

It’s sound… it’s his brother being better at it than him… his mom telling him it’s too dangerous… his step mom saying I shouldn’t have bought it…the ruts were a lot of his 70lb body… the list goes on. Im just gonna let him take a step back and go from there. I’ll get another Yamaha 450 when he feels he’s ready.

Steering started hanging up and felt like air in the system. This was when I knew something was up.  Next morning, went for a ride close to camp to warm up and the steering started to lock up. Couldn't turn the wheel.

Made it back to camp slowly with quite a fight.

I think I’m starting to develop the same symptoms. Steering started to feel harder than normal and there is a subtle twitch every so often.

    Thanks everyone. Really appreciate it.

I try and do my birthday week at Glamis every year. 99% of the time it's mid week and raining and I'm over it and wanting to head home.  All my friends coming out talk me into staying and it's always a good time.

This trip was 10 days. MLK clean up weekend started the trip and just got home.

Epic weather the whole time. Last night saw some sprinkles and we left this morning with some sprinkles.

Stoked to pull this one off.

    Cars running great.

Had the air compressor head crack so just killed that and left the air bags alone with one setting.

Lost the steering on Friday. Spool valve in the rack went to crap.  Scrambled but threw the towel in on swapping. Been 8 great days.

Cars loaded, racks pulled and ready for rebuilding.

    Happy birthday.

when you said the spool valve in the rack went out, what were the symptoms?
