Rio Verde foothills is county land with a Scottsdale mailing address. I am not sure if there will be any issues with hauled water homes in the Troon area. Just make sure you research it. https://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion/op-ed/joannaallhands/2021/12/14/hundreds-rio-verde-homes-near-scottsdale-were-built-without-water/6441407001/

For sure. We haven’t bought anything and really have only looked online but now water will be the first thing we check on if we proceed.

Honestly we’ll probably just buy something finished so we don’t have to go through the construction process while living 1000 miles away.

I am not from that area so I apologize. I am however a home builder and spoke with a gentlemen from Prescott at length that was also a builder during our New Years trip to Glamis.

He builds smaller homes 1500-2000 sq ft, and has averaged about 285-300 a square foot this last year.

We are north of 300 a foot for upper end homes up this way.

Thank you. I appreciate the info. That does help.

Very cool! Did the snow get to deep to keep going? Even in 4wd you are limited.

We ran out of fuel so we had to turn back. Its about 15 minutes from my house here in WA.

  4. Right on. Glad you loved the car. I carry a spare alternator now because I’ve lost 2 on new motors. Seems there were some issues with some of them. Cool thing about a Funco is there is so much knowledge out there and people are willing to help. It’s been so long since I’ve had a different manufacture I wouldn’t even know the differences.

your car is beautiful I know which one I would sell. Lol.

Hoping someone on here who really knows crypto can answer a question. I know the IRS says a person is supposed to pay tax on gains made from crypto sales. But how does the IRS know that a person made such a gain? Are crypto transactions somehow reported to the government? I thought the whole idea behind the stuff was that it was untraceable.

If you are using a platform like Robinhood, crypto.com etc you will receive a tax document the end of the year.

also remember that in crypto, unlike stocks, you pay gains on every transaction. Even if you sold to buy another crypto. If there is a profit there is a tax. 37% short term and 20% long term I believe.

Thanks. A GT3 was always my one bucket list car that I'd get one day and it didn't disappoint! I have an aftermarket exhaust on it as well, there's just nothing like the sound of 9000 rpm shifts!

I had a Turbo S and wanted a 992 GT3 but they are getting 50-100k over msrp. Decided to get something else for now. I’ll get one eventually.

  7. ^^^^^ I agree with above.
My stereo through the headsets while driving and then have a SSV works 2 speakers system for when we are parked. I think it was about 600 bucks. I don’t need the thumpin party music just some decent tunes while around a campfire or hanging with friends.

thi is the Bluetooth controller with built in amp I used. Works great and very clean.
