Damn, we used to ride ALL night back in the day when I first got on GD.  Who was leading that mob????  2002-2005.

I could never do it these days with age and whiskey but a taste would be nice.  My last buddy who could really lead good at night hung up his boots 6 years ago.

A morning and late afternoon ride is GED for me.

I know some folks are going for Memorial.  I gotta work that weekend.

I don't care about Full Moons anymore so kinda whenever someone else might wanna go and it's not a Heat Advisory.  110 is pretty much my max.

Gotta agree with others, best trip of the year.  Canal was quite cool and refreshing.

Buddy and his kid were ripping 250R's.

We watched that guy get stick Friday night.  Just drove too deep.

Made a Saturday night cruise through Roadrunner on my 70.  Pretty busy back there.

Bitchen rig yanked him out.

In Glamis since yesterday.  Finally some awesome sand.  Wild day yesterday.  Came across a dude walking the dunes.  He and a buddy lawn darted.  Hit up some neighbors to assist.

Big RV got stuck on pad 5.  Tried to help but in the end a town truck came. ***he's still stuck

Got a brand new guy start today.  22 with a mustache and nose ring but but I got a good feeling about him...

Glad to see another froad shop.  Can't  be there but drink some for me!

Learned I've got too many camp chairs.  Unloading 5 and still have more than I need.  

Also learned fresh paint looks better than old paint.

Trucks, SxS's and quads.

Class 1 or 2 is what they want us to get.  Our trails are nasty too.  Lots of rocks and ruts.  Typical government.  Things that sound "good" but no practicality.

Bosses want us to buy e-bikes here at work (Parks stuff).  But I JUST KNOW, one of my guys will eat sh!t and hurt themselves.  Losing a guy for 3 months with a broken arm when staff is only 6 so the hippie box can get checked, no thanks!

I'm hard passing unless they make me buy one.

Full season of having the 5th wheel. Sucks not being able to camp in boonies but was good being back in a "camp".

I re-learned that I will never go on a holiday weekend again.  New Years was beyond a sh!tshow.  Even Vets, being a 3 day weekend, sucked ass.

We'll be out end of the month and planning on a few summer trips. 

Weekend started with a bang yesterday morning.  Woodpecker got into power pole in front of the house.  Blew 2 fuses and power went out.  SDG&E got it fixed pretty quick.  Woodpecker didn't do so well.

Headed out to Campo later.  Farmers market is supposed to have birra tacos.

Ugh.  I'll be 48 in Agugust.  Don't have any advice but I'm afraid what I have in store.  I'm doing my part of drinking the world's production.  Not happy about it....usually.

My saving grace, I think, is a fairly active job and I'm early to bed, early to rise.  I zonk out at 7pm pretty every night of the week unless I stay up an extra hour for video games.  Haven't got fat yet and sleep good if I drink water through the day.

My days off are usually boozing but also yardwork and moving around.

Next time I see a doctor (which is every 7 years or so) I may ask about the testosterone stuff.  Hank Hill became a badass on it!

Smoking a brisket overnight.   Oldest daughter turns 17 today!

Gotta make a firepit closer to the house this morning and get it cranking.  Usual pit is a trek across slick mud and some snow.

Big Birthday parties next 3 weekends.  Be out 26th-28th.

Tim the Tool Man would be a rad dad.  I'm crashing there.
