In this Market, if it hasn't sold in 30 days or less, you are over priced as the seller.

Now you're chasing the market down.
Now people will wonder, what's wrong with it?
I'm sure my offer won't go any further than a trash bin. You never know though.... :hi:

the only reason i went to glamis last season was to see some people that i care about when they are out there. i have lots of plans with my car and will be starting back on that project in the next couple months. it MIGHT be ready for the 2022 season, but materials and parts shortages may effect that goal. sold my toyhauler as well and never going back to a toyhauler. im not above "tenting" it, but i am working on some other ideas for a much simpler, stress free way of camping and possibly taking my junk to the dunes.

for now i enjoy doing whatever the Eff i want, whenever i want.

Cab over camper with a flat bed.

You are right we all do... but we don't hang our junk out there like we are 15 yrs old for everyone to gawk at. What kind of guy puts enough pressure on his wife to make her feel she needs to do stuff like that?  I get bathing suits and going to the river... I'm talking the thongs and itty bitty suits that young people wear.  What are they trying to prove?  I guess you have your idea of what is right and ok, and I  have mine...doesn't make either one of us right or wrong..... just never saw stuff like this back in the day.

If it offends you, maybe you shouldn't go to those places? IDK? Sounds like some kind of censorship to me. Change the world around you to your liking? Nothing is right or wrong here, just somebody complaining about something that has absolutely nothing to do with them. I hope you can find peace and guard yourself from the horror of looking at people that doesn't please your taste.

    Peace

And some of these RV manufacturers have shut down production right now because they can't get parts.  What is crazy talking to a few of the reps, every company has increase production this past year by a lot and can't keep up with the demand.

Yes my friend. Not even close to keeping up.

I wonder what kind of shortages they have...  that makes me think there is the potential to have a LOT of very mad customers (whos money is tied up in promises that will not be delivered until they are well out of business).

The shortages are all kinds of parts from appliances to Air Conditioners, awnings and everything in between. I agree on upset customers. There are many many dealers taking deposits for more coaches than that are allocated to them. By taking a deposit, that said dealer is taking the customer off the market. Unfortunately there will be several without their new RV. I believe when all is said and done. How long that timetable is , I don't know. The little dealers will suffer and go bankrupt for the most part...because of lack of inventory.

  7. THOR industries, the largest RV manufacturer in the world is back ordered a year to the tune of $14 billion. Meaning anything ordered period won't even get looked at for a year. Oh and the $14 billion back log, is about half pre sold meaning dealers still won't have inventory available to show or sell.

Another thing to consider is that a lot of front line and middle management workers (in any industry) will want to perpetuate this to keep the reduced workload in place. Pay hasn't changed, so why go back to 100% capacity?

Smart thinking. Do more with less. lol

My sister lives in Denver. What’s happening there is maybe due to lower taxes and less regulation on it is different but they’re pricing the middle class out of everything. The poor have now become poorer due to rising costs and many have now become homeless. The middle class is now where the poverty class was. So you’re either wealthy enough to pay the increases or you simply have nothing. Legalization literally solves zero problems but creates many.

Colorado is the NEW California. My brother has been there for 16 years and it is awfully BLUE. You either live well or struggle , just like California.

That is exactly why we are, where we are. Did you get the flu shot and have to provide a flu vaccine card?

This is Not the same as a drug test....

If you get the flu vaccine shot, can you still get flu? Can you still get COVID if you have had it or the vaccine? Why are they pushing different strains and variants? Its a virus.

Where was this response for SARS, MERS, Swine Flu, H1N1, Etc? Did we ever wear masks for those or for a bad flu season? No? Why, Because they dont work. Why did 2 weeks turn into 15 months if the masks worked?

Lastly, If this vaccine will save your life, Why is the government incentivizing getting one? A lottery, giving away millions of tax money? Does that make sense?

Way too many sheep these days.................................

No idea why Ca is giving away money, not sure I ever made that point in my life.  I do know other states are doing the same.

My point only, an employer can make this mandatory.  It is their business, it is their liability, it is their profits and losses.

My other point was, if you don't want to take the vaccine for whatever reasons, don't, go find another job if you don't like the stipulations an employer puts on you.  Free society, you have the right to say no.  That doesn't mean you won't be pressured to take the vaccine................fact is government will bully there way through things and give people the guilt trips if they don't get in line, it has always been that way.

The vaccine is voluntary just like a drug test, that was my point.

If we want to get into whether the vaccine is safe/proven, that is certainly another topic for another day IMHO

Well I believe the Vaccine killed my father. He was one of the unlucky ones. I don't wish any of that upon anyone. The fricken media put so much scare on everything, my father believed all the hype and thought he would die from covid 19. Well he got jipped because the vaccine killed him. I FEEL that if he wouldn't taken the vaccine, he would be alive right now. IMHO

Well hey at least everyone who has taken the vaccine, is all ready for the iphone 20 that will be built into your forearm! That's a positive!!

I am still trying to figure out why people are surprised by businesses requiring employees to get vaccinated.  They have every right to do so, nothing different than a drug test.  Employers make employees do many things that people don't like, i.e. drug test, working Saturdays, showering and PowerPoints(ha).

Go get the vaccine or go get a different job, welcome to the grown up world.

Come on man, very MUCH different from a drug test.

A drug test is giving a voluntarily a sample of blood, urine or hair follicles.

Getting injected with out proven safety or liability from the companies that manufacture said "Vaccines" .

Can you give me one factual reason why California is giving away MILLIONS of tax payer dollars to people who take the vaccine?

Enlighten me, give me some INSIGHT on this.... please.

  13. Your biggest hurdle is your loan to value (LTV). Most banks will only finance "X" amount based on whole nada guide.

If the coach is over 10 years old the average LTV  is about 80-90%  of base book.

    Also just a note....

700+ fico in a car dealership is most likely tier (1)

700+ fico at an RV dealership is a tier 6-7 depending on bank.

What happens a lot is, a private seller will have a person willing to purchase their used coach for said price... lets say $100K, the problem is the only going to loan 80-90% of wholesale with an average credit background. Meaning a big down payment for buyer. Not impossible but tougher to get the deal done.
