Kind of but much bigger. He had a motorcycle that was on a track running through the tunnel. The tunnel lead from El Chapos cell bathroom to a warehouse a few miles away.

It has been my experience that if you let your OHV tag lapse, AZMVD increases your vehicle license tax from $3.00 to whatever the depreciated MSRP on the vehicle you're trying to re-new is. So it goes up a bit from the current $5.45 annual fee. Check it out before you let them lapse. Either way, the Government's going to take as much of your money as it can.
Most of my group is planning this for their quads and motorcycles that only need(ed) AZ OHV to be legal, no sense in paying twice. The SXS will continue to get AZ OHV / AZ Reduced VLT Street tab & now the CA non-res sticker. Suppose AZ won't see too much of a revenue hit since the majority of vehicles these days are SXS that don't want to risk losing the reduced VLT. Just another damn fee....

Sounds like a good idea!
Now, where's a good place to get a good, durable 3 x 5 flag these days?
From what I've read, spun polyester is preferred over nylon, thoughts?
It seems the quality varies quite a bit and I doubt that most of the cheap ones will hang in for a long season.

I wasn't aware of Wayfair involved in any tax disputes, which just shows how little I know. I do remember some news reports about Amazon's initial rebuttals to CA's franchise tax board and their arguments were exactly in line with mine in terms of Constitutionality, nexus and suppression of interstate commerce. Unfortunately, it eventually boiled down to money instead of principles.
Didn't read through the whole article but did find this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Dakota_v._Wayfair,_Inc.
Sorry for the derail John -- some searching found there are more than a few automated web services to handle this for you automatically if your scope is an online store. May be the simplest way to manage the many jurisdictions out there, but may not help for more traditional over the counter type sales to those out of state.

I would think it would take a software package with annual or semi-annual updates to keep track of all of the tax rates county by county nationwide.
It's sad to see how times have changed. Back when I took my business classes, the collection of sales tax on inter-state sales was considered to be in violation of the Constitution and only the federal gov't had the right to collect taxes across state borders. Then CA and NY started pushing for it (greedy liberal controlled states) and at first Amazon fought back, for the reasons above. But when CA threatened to bury them in legal fees and offered a property tax break for new warehouses, etc, Amazon buckled under and chose financial expediency over principle.
Wasn't Wayfair involved too? or was that just the case that established the case law?

Typically if you made it to Kanab, you really Fuucked up the turn to Coral Pink, LOL as soon as you hit Colorado City, the Palig town look for Cane Bed Road, it is now paved, at one time this was a dirt road all the way,
Cane Bed Road will get you right into Coral Pink
Some of us have to go through Kanab to get there, not everyone comes from the West....lol
Glad to hear the Cane Bed road is paved, some in our group had gone that way years ago and weren't too happy about the dirt section.

Be interesting to read the forensics on where and how it started. The people that analyze these have quite the knowledge. Unfortunately I learned about it from being with one of them after my moms house fire. The fire at her house was traced with staining on the concrete in the patio. He could tell direction, source and what accelerated the fire.
This was a friend of ours' specialty, boy some of the stories he had...
