Im down for an ugly wrap job contest. I did 3 of the worse ever yesterday. Left them on the table. I think my mom or brother must have moved it to under the tree. I used the brown package paper that came inside a home depot delivery. No tape. Just wrapped it up like a burrito. 

I watched a thing last night about this awesome old dude and his wife living in the cold. They take steam showers once a week which means you walk into a super hot steam room. Then rinse with cold snow water. 

This morning doing random stuff i thought about them. Wonder how they would feel if someone bought them a trip to a casino. Go into the fancy shower and just stand there under the warm water. Could their senses even take all the noise and hustle bustle? 

I plan to disappoint myself again with the fantasy pics.

Do you or anyone know much about that brand and what makes them good? At some point i want to add panels. Currently have a single 150w panel at 18v.

Darn im stuck down with family. We celebrated yesterday with cousins. My brother and sister didnt come. I made the joke..."why are the Raiders playing?"

Sure enough i see on FB the raiders won with a funny play. Posted 18 hours ago. Guessing that game was yesterday. 

If they can ditch family for football surely i can do the same for the Big G!! But i wont. Scheduled to work for an older lady on the 23rd. Promised i would get there before xmas cant let her down.

I moved a fridge on Friday. Yesterday my wrists and forearms were toast!! I might have reinjured my left wrist. Thing was so heavy. Was able to slide it about 1/4" at a time. Started off wearing a hoodie. By the time it was done i was apologizing for dripping sweat all over their tile floor. Their ice maker stopped working because of all the dog hair blocking the vents behind the fridge. Homeowner was funny too because they have 2 of those labrodoodle things. Whole point is they dont shed. Yet they have dog hair everywhere.  

Looks like some healthy food with tons of flavor for the birthday boy. 

You guys ever drive to Anaheim and buy directly?

How the heck did you get that fridge into a motorhome? 

Im curious too what i pulls. A watt meter works great because it also tells you how many minutes it was ON versus OFF. 

I tested a small dorm style fridge and roughly speaking it runs about 25% of the day. Planning to move that into my trailer and run it off batteries.  70watt running and 300w startup. That was during summer temps too inside a 90F garage. Guessing today that same garage is 30-40F inside temps. The fridge almost becomes a heater. Keeps my celery from freezing. Had to turn the fridge to lower settings because no joke my celery froze. (its a cheap fridge that gets too cold up top)

Malcolm said 2 things that stood out. 

1. A random fan came up and said your brother is Bubba, im gonna name you Mookie. Somehow it traveled around and stuck. Malcolm to this day doesnt have a clue who the person was. 

2. His dreads were fake. Wore a weave while his natural hair grew. Now its all his real hair. Went from a think a Medium to Xlarge helmet with the hair change. He says James' hair is real. A ratts nest. Makes sense its real since its so ugly and clumped up. He said a lot of football players with dreads are wearing extensions. All perfect and pretty.

edit: 2:17:45 is a great topic. with all the law enforcement and fire guys on gd. com. even people who hate the police probably love them when theyre about to bleed out. me personally feel lacking. i could not save a dying person. at some point ive learned about putting pressure on wounds and using a tourniquet to stop blood flow. maybe something like 3-5 chest compressions and then breath into them. medicine keeps advancing. this would make for a great xmas present. a class that teaches modern techniques when a loved one starts choking or is having heart attack. 

Can you go smaller 2000w portable genny, solar panels and decent batteries? 

Add a mini split AC down the road. Would have AC/heat off the batteries or the gas sipping 2000w genny. 

Im slowly moving towards electric. Just got a super cheap brand crockpot for free. Pulls 130watt on low and 200w on high. Perfect for cooking on a cold sunny day and let solar rays handle the power.

Had no kiddos at the house last night. Been years since that happened. Cracked some wine and watched the new Klattu movie.

Love me some gloves. 99cent store has some nitrile gloves that are decent for automotive work or painting. The palm is nitrile and top is cloth and can breath. Summertime i will take off nitrile gloves and a good 2-3 tablespoons of sweat falls out. 

I wanted to get food handling gloves. Just because i dont like washing my hands so much. Wintertime is super dry air and will crack the tips of my fingers. Almost went with plastic gloves but last minute switched to vinyl. So far not too happy. Just dont like the feel. Havnt used for cooking yet only for painting because i ran out of nitrile. For cooking i want super thin cheap plastic gloves to form burger patties and not have to wash up.  

The gloves with different thickness at the high wear points are pretty sweet. I just ran out. Key is to buy extra large. If the glove is stretched its more prone to small tears. 

Bought these twice. 2021 and 2022. Might order them again right now. Quick look i dont think its a multi thickness glove. That must have been for something else.

Only 20 mins into this guy. He makes a good point about the human body. You know how if you get heat stroke, youre more likely to get it again? Same is with being choked out. He said you struggle to maintain consciousness, once you give up and fall asleep, you will always be weaker the next time. Thats a very rough quote i hope i got it somewhat close. 

I never watch UFC. We did years back. When Royce Gracie was the man. Was way in the beginning. We watched back then because my older cousin told us about it, and my brothers first name is Royce. Pronounced like the car. Where i believe the athlete is pronounced more like an H sound. This dude Roger Gracie is pretty well spoken for someone who is more athlete focused. Speaking a 2nd language i would assume.

I use gasoline as well. Always have old gas laying around. I read Kerosene is less aggressive on the glue and foam. 

For me the hard part is disposal of chemicals. Or watching the gasoline fall onto the earth. 

Brake fluid and coolant and motor oil i take to hazardous waste. Cleaning an air filter in gas is kind of hard to collect that. 

The preoiled filters are great because they make them with less expensive materials so the filter itself is cheap. Doesnt use fancy glue is what ive read. Foam is probably different as well. Also like i said above my link is to a Honda150 and we have one of those waiting to install. But for sure the filter for my yz250 was noticeably smaller in size. Which is fine if that also helps keeps the price down. That also means performance is down. But im slow so that mean nada....to an extent.

Whats your air filter technique? Ive been testing the Maxima preoiled filter. On my 03yz250 the filter itself was much smaller in size. Seemed like it could use a bit more oil on it. I pulled my subframe and took the airbox apart. Cleaned everything and rode glamis and local single track. Was happy with the results so far. All you have to do is wipe the intake with a white paper towel and look for signs of dust. Since i dont ride very often i might start using the preoiled filters exclusively. In the past i use kerosene to clean. Then soapy water. Then a water rinse. Be happy to never to that again. Looks like you might use UNI oil? Doesnt look blue.
