  1. There is no way to do the research without Politics in the equation. 86% of Democrats are vaccinated, 42% of Republicans are vaccinated.  The election made this about politics, sad in so many ways...................If you find good reliable resources, let me know.

  2. Maybe I am wrong, but I think they are just doing maintenance?  The pads are mostly likely the same size as last season.  I would love for them to make them bigger, I am not optimistic though.

  3. If you want a pool, go get it.  Plan on it taking a year to complete right now, start now for 4th of July next year grand opening.  A couple of things with the pools right now, hire a pool guy to take care of it.  If something breaks they will be there to fix it because they want a working pool to clean, a non working pool is harder to keep clean.  Getting anything to repair pools right now is tough, heck there is a Chorine shortage as well.

Personally, my favorite pool is my neighbors.............ha  I love their boat as well.

Loved going when it was at qualcomm, going downtown not so much

I completely agree, Qualcomm was so easy to get in and out for all SD.  Going into Downtown is a chore now.  FYI, Qualcomm as a stadium did suck.  I used to go to about 10 games a year in Qualcomm, now I go to about 1-2 games a year.

  6. It trips me out that they still can't sell out the stadium without Dodgers fans being there.  Why don't Padre fans come out and support their team more??  The ballpark is amazing, the location is great, and they finally have a great product on the field?????

  7. The volume of used toys for sale is increasing fast right now.  With prices still high and the shoppers having more choices, I would expect prices to start falling.  Things are starting to change back to normalcy, get ready.

  8. For a lot of us with the battery tire inflators, we also have blowers and other toys we use off of the batteries.  I bring three batteries that run my impact, leaf blower, tire inflator, drill, and screw gun.  No issues going all weekend.  I do have a charger in my enclosed as well, so every time the genny runs that auto charges anything in it.  I think I have only charged a battery one time in 5 years in the desert.

THOR industries, the largest RV manufacturer in the world is back ordered a year to the tune of $14 billion. Meaning anything ordered period won't even get looked at for a year. Oh and the $14 billion back log, is about half pre sold meaning dealers still won't have inventory available to show or sell.

And some of these RV manufacturers have shut down production right now because they can't get parts.  What is crazy talking to a few of the reps, every company has increase production this past year by a lot and can't keep up with the demand.

  10. We had a supply call this morning to discuss late shipments for the next 6 months.  Crazy times with no end in sight.

With covid hitting a lot a smaller countries right now, we are seeing more factories shutting down, we are expecting 4-6 weeks longer lead times to get things built, before material shortages.

Ports seem to have gotten better though, just short on truckers and trucks to get things around our country.

  11. I love his comedy, great to listen to when driving.  His podcast seem to sway in the wind, like what was said above.  One thing I do like is he can argue from both sides of any topic, and I like that.  Doesn't feel like he has a agenda so much.

  12. My nephew was riding his the other day and the wheel just locked up for no reason, needless to say he had some serious road rash.  They have no idea why it locked up, it worked perfect 3 seconds later.  If I was riding it when this happened, I would have been broken in half

I drove around today for couple hours in the red state I’m in . Looked at the beautiful homes  , businesses and general happy environment of this Red state , noticing it’s deeply republican , god fearing , and all this stuff shoved into a syringe and it’s needle is deep in my arm now , and will be the only needle to hit my flesh . I’ve seen how life can be outside cali I’m done .

Well I believe the Vaccine killed my father. He was one of the unlucky ones. I don't wish any of that upon anyone. The fricken media put so much scare on everything, my father believed all the hype and thought he would die from covid 19. Well he got jipped because the vaccine killed him. I FEEL that if he wouldn't taken the vaccine, he would be alive right now. IMHO

Well hey at least everyone who has taken the vaccine, is all ready for the iphone 20 that will be built into your forearm! That's a positive!!

I am sorry for your loss, and I know this topic is emotional for you.  It is a fact, even with the flu shot that a small percentage will have side effects.  Medicine isn't absolute, not black and white.  The human body is different in every body.

Example to lighten the topic, I had a vasectomy in 2000, pipes all cleaned and was 100% free of getting anybody pregnant.  2 years later my wife is pregnant and I am back to 100% shooting sperm.  The Crap found its way through scare tissue and I was no longer shooting blanks.  My point is, the human body and medicine are not exact science in any way.  I have had two vasectomies now and it better not happen again at 54 yrs old, that would suck.

Shawn, you need anything, you know I would be here for ya.

Come on man, very MUCH different from a drug test.

A drug test is giving a voluntarily a sample of blood, urine or hair follicles.

Getting injected with out proven safety or liability from the companies that manufacture said "Vaccines" .

Can you give me one factual reason why California is giving away MILLIONS of tax payer dollars to people who take the vaccine?

Enlighten me, give me some INSIGHT on this.... please.

No idea why Ca is giving away money, not sure I ever made that point in my life.  I do know other states are doing the same.

My point only, an employer can make this mandatory.  It is their business, it is their liability, it is their profits and losses.

My other point was, if you don't want to take the vaccine for whatever reasons, don't, go find another job if you don't like the stipulations an employer puts on you.  Free society, you have the right to say no.  That doesn't mean you won't be pressured to take the vaccine................fact is government will bully there way through things and give people the guilt trips if they don't get in line, it has always been that way.

The vaccine is voluntary just like a drug test, that was my point.

If we want to get into whether the vaccine is safe/proven, that is certainly another topic for another day IMHO
