  1. I have been putting decorative rock on the front and side of the house this winter. The wife asked if I could finish up the entry way before we left for the summer. I went the extra mile and give the dog a fresh coat of paint. I wanted to take her out to dinner but she’s not feeling well today so we’ll just chill and bbq some steaks.

we spent Saturday with our son and his family for great food, good company and chocolate cake. The family watched Supercross together which was fun.

Cleaning house and getting ready for summer travel.

  2. Well, coming home from a doctors appointment my wife says to me, honey if you’d like to get a classic car this is what I would really like to have. She said these are beautiful cars and the styling is really nice. She ask, what kind of a car is it? I say well it’s a 56 corvette, maybe a 57 I’m not real sure on that year. She ask, are they expensive? I say, we could get one like that for around $100,000. Back to her, ooooooh that’s to bad.

Dang it! I finally get the green light for a classic and she picks a gen 1 corvette. :makerain::coocoo:

  3. In Sacramento to watch our 11 year old granddaughter play 2 lacrosse games  Lots of exciting action and only one loss this season.

We were invited to a traditional Greek Easter dinner that was all family prepared. We meet some wonderful people, ate some amazing

food and had a great time. The only food that I know what it was is the lamb shish kabob and it was great. The rest of the food I can’t

even pronounce just know that it was delicious.

i always heard the fix a flat and other crud in them wheels is rough on aluminum.

I cleaned up the beads on the one on the right side and I think they’ll be just fine for another set of paddles. I will put sta Flo in the tires again to help seal them if necessary.

  5. Thanks guys for the birthday wishes. I had a great time at Glamis for a three day weekend. Had some fairly smooth dunes with a little wind on Friday Made Saturdays ride very enjoyable. We had a trip to Duners diner from gecko for burgers and wobbly pops.

Proud to say I’m 71 and still enjoying the ride. Be safe out there my friends!IMG_2026.thumb.jpeg.b87b194aa8e275b0b0de2dbf203d30fe.jpeg

  6. I retired several years ago from the hardware industry after 40 years. You would be surprised how many people would come in

looking for nuts or bolts and would say I need help with a 7/16 inch nut.  So I would grab a 7/16” nut and show it to them. They would

say that’s wrong, that’s way too big. So then I would show them a 1/4” nut and they would sometimes laugh or reply I

don’t understand why it’s called a 1/4” when I’m using a 7/16” wrench.   I thought it was fun educating the public on a nut and bolt.
