I had a C5-C6 fusion back in '93, old school fusion where they used bone from my hip and wear a halo for awhile while it fused, and never had an issue with it since. But have heard some horror stories about low back fusions.

I think it's hit and miss on joint surgeries and it's not always the procedure, it's who is doing the surgery. I had my left ACL replaced twice due to who did the work. The second time was Dr. Cook, the Portland Trailblazer team doc at the time. After he did his work my knee was awesome. The skill levels of doctors varies widely IMO, and the good ones are in the minority unfortunately.

I lived in a small ranch community in eastern Oregon, population 525. My graduation class was 9 of us. This song accurately describes my experience. We never locked our doors and you could leave the keys in your car and not worry about it being stolen. Everybody waves to each other and the whole town and ranchers support each other. The people there have a lot of pride in where they live and will go all out to protect their community. I'm going there in a week or two to visit and can't wait to go, I still enjoy the people and the lifestyle.

BTW...Not too many guys can say they "dated" all but one girl in their class!  (the one I didn't was fugly and didn't meet my low standards at the time)

I believe pedophilia is rampant in our country. I served on a grand jury many years ago and it was sickening how many child sexual abuse cased we dealt with, probably over half the cases we heard over a month's time.

I have known 2 women from uber rich families that were sexually abused by their fathers. One never addressed the issue because in my opinion she did not want to be cut off the cash train. The other, when she was an adult, told her dad to Eff off and if she ever saw him again she would kill him. 

Bringing children in from other countries is just supply meeting the demand, and it's Effing sick!

The estimated jackpot is $650m, not $615m. I would change the title but I can't figure out how.
