Yup. If injuries are serious enough than a personal injury lawsuit can be pursued.

Ok I’ll try. 45 footer is a big azz coach so it will limit the campgrounds you can use. You will need to buy a shorter (stacker?)trailer if you care to be Cali legal for length. Some would say a tag axle can be a problem in the washes at times or over certain RR crossings. More coach to keep clean. That’s all I got.LOL

It will be interesting to see how long it takes Tomac to get back to race speed. Having Webb on the same team should help. That is if they even practice together.

Insurance is to protect you financially in the event of a claim/lawsuit. Your coverage amount should not be some random number but based on the value of your assets that could be taken from you if you were sued and found to be negligent. If you have $1,000,000 in assets that could be seized and you only have 500K coverage that could be a big issue. Your insurance broker (or attorney) should be advising you.
