  1. 51 here and I know I need to work out more. At times get lazy I been riding my dirtbike more as a form of exercise and summer I switch to the stand on ski. But I can say after a couple laps at most on a bouy course I am winded.

I should also be riding my mtn bike more too. I’m dec I got to walking more and did a couple bikes with daughter I started feeling more motivated but of Course slacked on it.

  2. I worked for 26 years at my old place liked it til the last few years and owner passed away his son took over i knew i wasnt going anywhere upwards, and could see it wasnt going to get better.

We moved to az made good money on the ca house to have a small payment on home now wife went to work full time and i continued to help old company out since he was begging for help as his other employees all left as well i would go every other week and was fine with that but he didnt want to work anymore in office and was avoiding calls.I got crapped on in the end,I passed on part time work trying to help as well

But now i work with my brothers comapny doing the same thing i just like that i can pretty much have a flexible sch and work as much as i need to.The pay is fine i make more going back and forth vs a part time job here,I like that i usually have a week off at a time and making ends meet easier than when in ca.I was working 50-60 hrs a week min to barely get by.If my kids were younger i would be working locally but since older its different.Doing things midweek is relief as the trails are empty, the desert shooting area is near empty and summer the lake is nice.I take happiness over money anytime now.

I was coming in there to mention how one of mine just cut out internally and it's less than a year old!  Sheesh! I was loving them and didn't say anything in that thread, but now I'm bummed! I'll need to reach out to them for a warranty but seems unfortunate and a big PIA.

edited to delete my deleted comment part about the other thread lol

Why I went to jc whips. I like ease of warranty and to meet up bs ship.I had an issue with jc whip where remote went out I called and he just left glamis but we arranged to meet up on my way to work in so cal and he took care of it right there. And if any other issue comes up I can meet in glamis

as for 5150 I did have an issue years ago well I broke the whip all my fault and Andrew took care of me I shipped to him  he hooked me up but new owners and new policy it ain’t as easy for me anymore now in az. I sure as hell don’t save a receipt either and it’s not like I’m asking for a refund.

  4. Honestly 14 squares ain’t much to do for a couple guys. I’d buy a couple staplers and tackle it.

my old house was 15 squares I did it mostly myself had father and law and brother in law stop by to help load the plywood. I tore off half of it myself one layer of wood shingle and one of comp shingles I said f that paid 500 for 3 guys to do the front half.

back then I was getting the osb for 5 something a sheet x 55-60,and shingles from one of our suppliers for 45 bucks something a square for 30 year.( I don’t do roofing but we bought our hot mop material from him)want to say I spent about 3000-3500 total

I know today material is way up like three times bs 08 but labor is the big cost now. Old neighbor spent 16k for a sImilar roof just 3 years ago.

  5. To me retirement just means you do what you want at your own pace wheter its travel, play, relax,or work part time.Thats just the basics.I left my old job to semi retire moved to az and house is nearly payed off.

Right now i can work when i want or as much as i want instead i work every other week doing  the same thing and play the other week off been doing for three years and like it.But according to my old boss i am to never work after leaving there LOL well if he had a good retirement plan for 30 years of work maybe i would not have to work but it is what it is and  im fine doing what i do.

Funny you posted this. I passed a 35’ A today all custom painted with some girls onlyfans pic and @ on the entire side. She must be mediocre because it wasnt that impressive a motorhome

Theres a black motorhome here in az same deal.Same girl also drives a c8 vette with her onlyfans sticker on the rear window.IMO i call it creative advertising LOL it must be working for her.

Sorry Bobalos, This was one of the BIG reasons I left CA.  Now I can go down and buy a gun and walk out with it right after paying.  FREEDOM...F*CK YEAH

Ain’t it great lol. I’m thinking I might do a 9mm ar 10.5 barrel. Would do a 10mm but trying to simplify caliber wise. Easy to sbr it.

want common calibers easy to find even though I reload.

  8. Yeh ca sucks for guns no doubt. Since movin to az I’ve bought a few lol. I haven’t been charged a dros fee just the gun and tax. Takes about 5 min on paper work another 5-10 on background  and done.

heck I think I spent less time filling out nfa paperwork for an sbr thsn I ever did in ca.

thinking I haven’t bought a gun in a while and been looking at another ccw gun. 🤔

The thing turned so suddenly, maybe the driver was trying to latch the seat belt and the tires caught a rut? Just a guess on my part. Nobody in their right mind turns going downhill in a SXS. Hope they are OK but that looked rough.

Nobody in their right minds you said. But remember a lot of new off roaders get into sxs with not much experience too.

I know you e been gone a while but seeing how a majority of them drive I don’t doubt some of the dumb moves.

no law against living in AZ and working in CA where you would need a CA driver's license.

No but if you have a ca lic with ca address Chp will not be happy. If you are a ca resident with an az plated vehicle the az plated car needs to stay in az. Cannot come to ca with a registered owner holding a ca lic.

Boats and off road another story but with boats the trailer must be ca if you are a resident of ca. Chp specifically looks for that my brother got Popped for that. He didn’t transfer trailer had az plate.

  11. Agree with some here if it has a title it has been registered at one point.Guy probably never transferred to his name but as long as its signed off i wouldnt sweat it.Will be back fees though.

Now with an mso its just proof of ownership in a way but never in the dmv system that might be a little more work especially in ca.

Why everyone's rates are so reasonable.

Next the questions will be anyone know where to get low cost insurance. I have a good feeling rates will really skyrocket after this year.

I’m in az and insured my rail for street use since required my agent asked me is it atv or utv. I said well title says atv they asked if it’s steering wheel it’s utv handlebars we consider atv. I had to try and explain it’s not a sxs show pics etc. said it’s a dune buggy/sand rail. They said said they have had a lot of claims on sxs and more each year. I just said I don’t want their rates lol.
