I was fond of the Supertrap sound, liked being able to add / remove baffles as well.
I have the Supertrap exhaust on the new to me Sand car with an LS. I like the sound of it but also looking forward playing around with the baffles as @BaBaBouy said. It’s just plain fun tinkering with stuff like that.

It’s very scary how one can walk away and one can’t.
Sorry. I didn’t mean to turn this into a “Debbie Downer” thread.

You’d love it now, us locals have been digging holes with poop covered punji sticks and planting boobytrapped jugs of Idaho Gold Whiskey to stem the tide of invading round eyes…
I was in DC on business and went to the Vietnam Memorial Wall, I couldn’t go on after 20 steps, totally lost it…
Way to many names.
I’ve been there a few times and feel blessed that I was able to come back to be able to walk the wall.- 3

The white water rafting was a fun experience in Jackson hole. As well as the others mentioned.
Also the ice caves
Ice caves were a little creepy for me when it got to the point where you had to crawl on your belly to get to the next opening. Reminded me too much of Vietnam.

It all who you know, 5 years ago you could call sandcrab and he would close down the spots you wanted before you got there, I think he did that for all GD members,
Sandcrab, cool guy. He hooked me up.

Well MY post might have been a bit Premature.. With the encouragement of some really good friends I am headed out Saturday morning for the DAY to try out my car I never got to drive Vets weekend? Is my body ready? Not sure Dr says I am 80 percent Healed so still have a few fractures but healing so far its been 6 months. I laid in bed last night praying for an answer and today got home from work and put the paddles on and Moved trailers Fueled up my truck so something inside said after almost 50 years of duning you aren't gonna totally miss a season now. Fingers crossed I can handle the bumps if I can't at least I tried.
Glad to hear that you’re getting back in the saddle.
Woops. Didn’t mean it to say getting back on that “bucking bronco” ATC.Hope you have a great time!

All good and valid information above. When I went up with family and friends we stayed at IDRV and Egin Lake campground. Egin Lake is a BLM campground and was “first come first served” when we were there. It might be different now, but I liked it because it was the closest location to the good dunes since we had more butts than seats on that trip.

Your BBQ looks very cool. But can it cook burgers or steaks at China Wall or the Swing Set or ???
I have tasted gourmet Hot Dogs from @RIDERED ‘s SxS cooker from basically anywhere in the dunes.- 1

Sorry that I missed this event. It looked like a great time for all. But good to know about their capabilities that I’m back in the Sand Car game.

Santa Cruz made a huge splash when they came on scene and kept their quality. They made and make great stuff.
Agreed. My last analog MTB was a Santa Cruz Bullet. Loved that bike, had it for several years and never had a problem. Except when I crashed.

Just some food for thought re: e-bikes... you can always turn 'em off! ;)
When I first got my 53 pound full suspension pedal assist class 1 MTB 5 years ago I "turned it off" for the uphill from time to time to get that extreme workout. Now at 74 it's all about the "FUN". So pedal assist on the uphill to conserve my energy for the downhill blast.
