It is a joke, they talk but no action. DON~~~
I haven't had to go any further than sending the form, once they see it will be turned over for prosecution, it's usually enough to get them to pay.

The Maricopa County attorney office has a bad check division that might help.

To add to all the other comments, Joe is still around and if you bent an arm or had other issues you can still get parts from him.

If you like working out in the garage on toys and such, install a mini split system. Did that to my shop at home last summer and spend more time in there than I do in the house now.

Think the wife is in Mercedes number 5, she usually keeps them 10-12 years. I have 2 chevy trucks for play and a ford truck for work, all comes down to what puts a smile on my face.

Used to. I have learned that my 25 yr old mind writes checks my 50 yr old body can't cash LOL. The fall doesn't hurt, getting out of bed the following morning does.

Ran into one problem with the bridge trusses....Half the bridge will be under water when the pond is full. NOT GOOD. Bad execution on my part. So, I have to paint the steel structure. They make a product called TarGuard. It's a 2-part epoxy. 5gal bucket $380.00. Had a painter buddy come by yesterday. He's going to learn the product and get me a quote / guy to paint it for me. I'm out on painting! Peace
Nice cross over for the ATC 70 nationals you will be hosting this summer.

I ordered a full and split it with my son last year. Excellent quality, service etc. My other 2 boys ordered another full a couple of weeks later and split it. The butcher will call you and discuss how you want it cut as well. I will do it again when we run out.

looks like a cheap track home with a huge shop, trying to get custom home price without the custom touch.

We run straight diesel in ours at the dunes, if the tank is full and you choke it down a little, it should burn for up to 8 hours. We light it with a map gas torch, hold the flame in fill port until it gets burning. You don't want to use a torch if you have any gas in the mix. We found that running waste oil really creates a lot of soot in the smudge pot, if we run waste oil, we run 4 gallons of diesel to one gallon of oil. Don't have to clean them as often this way.
No water like stated above, if you are unsure about waste oil having water in it, don't use it. They can boil over and cause a flash fire.

Kartek has a few options, but I like these ones, nice and compact. They have laser cut brakets for them as well
I use that one on my rail

Our group shrank to 2 buggies on off weekends and the kids bring there sxs out on holiday's to try and chase us around. We are usually down in wash 10 if you like to burn fuel on off weekends. Both our wife's are over it as well so it is just the 2 of us on the off weekends. Wives, kids and grand kids come out for the holiday's.

True story, Your wife pick's out your new Toterhome and trailer so all the toys can go to the dunes LOL. When you have doubts about keeping the sand rail, she won't let you sell it because you will never be happy without it.

I have the toter and stacker in a MT LLC, no inspection or anything like that. Stacker has a permanent tag and when the toter hit 10 years old I got a permanent tag for that as well. Don't know if there is a regular advantage to registering a daily driver up there. The initial set up cost was about $1k, the fee to keep the LLC active has been about $175 per year.
I used Bennett Law Offices https://www.bennettlawofficepc.com/
They were referred to me by a board member here, they have been very easy to work with.
You sign over your current titles to the Montana LLC, send it to them and they take care of the rest. Insurance wasn't an issue, my agent added my LLC as an additional insured on my auto policy, didn't have to get a separate policy for the MT LLC. The fee to the law office covers the first 2 vehicles, they have a fee if you add additional vehicles.

When I call something out, it is too late for #2, but does save #3 and back. #2's job is to clean up my mistakes as leader. I always tell everyone, I can only lead a group if I trust #2 can drive. In this case I would never blame the leader, it is everyone behind him that messed up.
I'm usually number 1 and have a solid number 2. We are both in rails and the sxs's follow us. My group bitched for years about my 4' whips, they like watching what the whips do on a transition and that gives them a good idea of what to expect. They were all happy when I switched to the taller whips.

We had to tow 2 rails out last season with a 2 seat RZR 1000. Glamis recovery for anything that doesn't roll, they have been easy to work with and quick to respond. Thought about signing up for the 911 tow guys never did. I'll save my money since they aren't out there during the week.

Almost doesn't matter where you are, had the same thing happen down in wash 14 a few years ago.

We will be out somewhere in the washes

If you find one here in Phoenix, let me know. Been trying to find someone as well.

Towing doesn't phase me, I used to do heavy haul so towing the toys is play time for me.

They need to quit offering worthless degrees like under water basket weaving. What good is the degree if it can't be utilized to produce enough income to pay back the loans the student took out in the first place
Phoenix area need a new tree installed.

If you want it done right, you almost have to do it yourself. If you find a landscaper that will do it, let him know how you want it done and monitor it. Here in AZ, the soil is so hard you need to dig the hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the container the tree comes in. If you do a 24" box tree, you need a hole 48x48x48. The top can't grow until the roots start to spread out. If you dig a hole just large enough for the container size, the tree will remain stagnant for a few years before it starts to really grow. Learned this in my days working in a local nursery. The big local retailer that will plant them for you will dig a hole just big enough to drop it in the ground, they won't over size the hole.
