This floorplan gives you maximum garage space with no front bedroom or slide outs. Front bathroom is very large and roomy. All LED lighting throughout the trailer. Upgraded LED taillights and reverse lights. I am the 2nd owner, selling due to growing family and need something bigger. $23,000 OBO as is (generator needs a new carb installed.) I would always use my Honda generator instead of the trailer generator. Registration just paid in August. Located in Simi Valley, call or text with questions.
