Wow its way worse than when I first saw it looking at these pics - the "high rent" covered is obviously gone - all the RV's likely have some damage even just that intenser heat will internally fracture plastic . 

Something you never think would happen ... but thinking about how fast it could spread with all the RVs close together, it makes sense .. I feel bad for everyone involved ... the bright side is that right now they probably have the highest resale value of the last few years  which should help with insurance payouts

Every couple years I seem to clean the slate and start again. 2020 was the sell off .Right now just the redone sand car and enclosed trailer ... Sold the toy hauler and was moving back to a Moho, but prices are outrageous, so holding off until Biden destroys the economy some more ..

I never realized how much I searched the old posts, even my own ( 6000 ish), but I agree abc, I was not always proud of some of the early stuff I got into with BLD and OB and some"discussions" beyond DOM or Chromo ....  But looking forward to joining the brotherhood again without being a  "Post Ho"

In my town there are a total of 4 houses for sale, granted the town is 1 sq mile but 2 miles from the beach, in 2019 we saw 10-15 for sale at any given time . Homes are up 6% from December and seem to sell in less than 30 days at asking price.   Last year none sold at asking all were over 20-50K some even higher. 

I do belive like others we are in a bubble and it's gonna burst with inflation and rising mortgage rates.  However desirable areas are likely not to take a big hit  while less desirable ares will drop far more (like we saw in 08) and unless we go full commie in the next 4 years (possible) everything will readjust, it always does. 

If you are gonna stay in the new one long enough you will make out - if you plan on moving again in 3-5 years  its likely you will take a huge hit IMO

I get it on Buying PTFE in bulk  its as expensive as Lumber today....but not all the PTFE hose is created equal as you know same with fittings.  I have done so much of it now I am sold on the XRP Pro Hose - but it is not cheap.  I just threw away a roll of  -8 PTFE China stuff  from that popular AN fitting website ...that someone gave me - it way impossible to route and it kinks.

What Digital dash are you thinking of using?  Did you see that Holley Bought AEM .. it might mean tighter integration in the near future

We used a couple  different follow me drones before 2020 all did about 35  and they were keeping up mostly - when we outpaced them they just flew higher to keep us in view. 

But I have heard  the BLM might have issues with them because Rescue Helicopters cannot/will not land if a Drone is in the area - can anyone confirm or deny it?
