Vehicle Titles – Arizona

Arizona is going paperless with motor vehicle titles and eliminating the need for a Notarization. This actually has been in beta testing since mid 2021 and initially began as 'Sold Notices' on the ADOT website. It now has expanded to the eTitle process effective September of 2022.  This does not effect real estate transactions  **think Mobile Homes.  

If the Seller is requesting a notarization, it can still be done if they have the previous paper Title version. But the DMV will also accept those without a notarization.

Is it an actual title? If it’s just the pink slip and you need to get a title, it most likely would have to be in that guys name that’s on the pink slip or you would have to research and find him and have him sign a form from the DMV. Had to do this with an old street sweeper as they were never registered and I bought one that was original from West Virginia, which turned into a big pain. What state? If it’s a regular title and  If it’s never been registered, then you just say it’s been sitting in the garage the whole time and now you’re ready to ride it. To bypass any fees. I would think.

FYI Arizona, you do not need to notarize titles for transfer of sale anymore.

Yep and the racing will be boring after this year if it keeps up as with Carmichael, first year was exciting and then a LONG wait for Bubba to show up!
