That is super helpful! In feb of 222, we bought our 22 Yukon and within the first 5K miles it started having issues with the screen/radio. Too lengthy to type but it went back about 5 different times in less than two years.

About 6 months ago the "Add engine oil" notice came on the dash. Immediately took it in and it was low but they claimed it was the oil pan leaking, but we fought that because there was never a drop on the ground and no sign of any leaks.

Fast forward to last week it came on again. Took it in for an oil change and they said they will do an oil consumption test.

I called GM on Monday and asked about a buy back and today they told me they approved it.

Not sure next steps once I give them the green light.

@dbart did they fight you the whole way? Does it seem strange they approved it so fast?

Anyone been through a vehicle buy back through GM? In the early stages and wondering if I could bounce some questions of them?

I saw the tire guy was open earlier today in Westmorland. 

I would try one of those vehicle registration services. Up near my many people have used Sonora Smog Check as they do the title work and transfers, etc.

eBay is usually pretty good. Also, check out power rev racing as they might have some in stock. 

Try to find an oem honda short block that’s in a crate then find some oem heads. Better to spend some more for a piece of mind. I think someone one here has one for sale.

My property is 4 acres but backs up to a trac home neighborhood and these asshats think fireworks need to be shot from 5pm to 3am non stop.  Dogs and horses are always stressed the entire time.  Really hate the ones that shake the house too. 

As kids we used to shoot of fireworks at midnight for about 10 minutes and that was it. What are we celebrating at 5pm?

I live in Fontucky and these ass hats decide to celebrate the 4 starting in June and ending in September.

Jax wiring is upland is supposed to be pretty good from what I have heard.

Stay away from Hardwired Performance in the Camarillo area. Guy is a Effing crook and stole $2500 from me!

I am pretty far off as I am only in my late 30's but I dont see myself really slowing down. Especially in my world (Network hardware Space Sales), the ever evolving speeds and need for my types of products I dont really see myself ever not being in sales. Maybe closer to my 60's I will slow down and buy a piece of land and just tend to that all day.

Car came out great! I might be looking to Jason to handle my dash and hood after seeing his work on your car!

I am using the axia alloy part. It works great and is super clean.

Decided to just stay home this year. We went out the last two years and it was ok, but really prefer to stay away from the crowds now.
