Turned 61 New Years Day @Spize909 Welcome to the club! I've noticed also when I don't drink I sleep much better. Instead of 5-6 hrs I'll get 7-8hrs. BUT @Mac I think our ADHD is a tough one to reel in. I've come to acknowledge it's tendencies. Not a pill guy.........Not a Doctor guy either.  My philosophy Stay Busy. Look around you. You don't have it near as bad as others. Pound Water. Always a great thing. Your body has to cycle. Make Woody Woodpecker Work. Laugh and Love. Took my youngest daughter to Cahuilla Creek motocross track.  Today was her first time riding a track.  Usually rides local trails and Ocotillo Wells.   She had a blast and is ready to go back next weekend!  

Got to ride Cahuilla Creek MX Track once. Great SAFE layout. Glad to hear she's pumped to do it again. I rode my buddies Honda CR250F and heard this Earthquake come railing by me in this corner. Scared the crud out of me. Turns out McGrath was having fun that day too. He literally was Abusing the track with his bike. It was a fun day. Peace

Back in the day say 2002 I took the family on a 3 week vacation for the First Time. I made a rule............NO BAD ATTITUDES. When you have 6 people in a motorhome for a long period of time, one can ruin the atmosphere quickly. Anyway Back to the TOPic.........................I pulled off the road in the middle of nowhere TX for the night. It was an RV park that had a sign on the window of the office door saying "Please pay $35.00 per night to stay. Leave the money in the mailbox." There was one other Rig at the park. I parked right next to it. Woke up in the morning to an old couple probably 85 yrs old with a sign on their door saying "GETTING OLD AIN'T FOR PU**IES". They told me it was their LAST trip. Great folks. I told them, you can pass the baton to me. It was our first! @Mac you're exactly correct with the TOPic. Peace

Burn more than you take in is True. The lazy part is the hard one. Take your Dog for a walk everyday. I don't have a dog anymore but still act like I do. My battles are with the drinking thing. Knowing I drink too much and still do it. When I stopped drinking for 5 years I lost 30 lbs hired a personal trainer and felt strong. Body was always sore but strong. You're not alone @Mac Peace

Finished pouring the Retaining Wall footings. The last set of walls then the Stairway to Heaven gets poured and should be done with Concrete until Finally getting this Erosion Control under control. And the Green Tag C/O for the Dream Home. Going to get some more dirt work done for the 3-wheeler track. Berms and more berms. Install the pull cord mechanism back onto the 3-wheeler. Adjust the clutch on the 70 4-wheeler. Run The Beast to the Gas Station. TOP off the bad boy and prepare for the next trip. Maybe fix the fridge in the Moho. Damn Ice Machine is dangling.
