Looks like the palms will survive, hopefully. No need to let the world know every time you discover something cool.

A update on the weekend. Friday night the right rear stabilizer jack shiat the bed. Woke up Saturday and it was like walking up a hill to get to the front of the motorhome. I just retracted all the cylinders and dealt with not being level. Went to the office to see if we could move to a flatter spot. They said they didn’t have any openings. Went to the birthday party on Saturday night and we had a great time. Sunday we played with the grandsons till their parents showed up. I bbq’d a flank steak and some chicken breast for everyone. Monday morning I put everything away and fire up the motorhome to wait for the air to build up. After way too long I go out and the back of the motorhome isn’t raising up. I can hear an air leak but I can’t climb underneath it. It’s too low. So I mess with trying to feel for the leak on the lines I can reach nothing.
screw it it came up about a inch I’m going to drive it home. I get out of the campground and the big mud flap that goes across the back is dragging. I pull over and remove it and put it in the storage. I drive from San Dimas to Yucaipa at 55 mph with it. I get home and go inside the house. Move stuff around to put it in the backyard. I back it into the backyard and get out and the fricken motorhome is at the proper ride height. I’ve already removed and delivered the cylinder to be rebuilt. Other than all this it was a great weekend. Oh and when I went to pull the pickup out it looks like fricken animal climbed into the bed and back out on the other side and scratched the shiat out of the tailgate.Well that sucks. Sounds like an air dump valve. Pretty easy fix and not too expensive. Sometimes if you air down the coach a few times it will seal again and get you home. Best to replace all three as the other two aren’t too far behind the first for failure.

20 amp switch might only be rated for half that continuous duty. Heat kills switches.

Thought I would resurrect this thread as it didn’t get much attention the first time around. Pretty important topic especially when you have to deal with an injury and you are unprepared to do so. I approached my first aid kit with the mindset of keeping someone alive until help arrives. Tourniquet, splints, pressure bandages, chest seal, blood clotting agent, compressed gauze to name just a few items. Knowing how to use these items are equally as important as having them in the first place. If you had a major injury in your group, are you prepared to help until help arrives?

All the major carriers run various promotions that usually offer significant discounts on phones. If you are used to using the Apple OS it be might be easier and less frustrating to stay with Apple products.

Performing in a benefit concert for Tibet. Chinese don’t care too much for that and have boycotted his latest Matrix movie.
