My parents have a Timeshare they wish to sell, 3 properties, they get ALLOT of points I guess

Have you or yore family done this? Who did you use and how did it go. Did you sell it thru a service or ?

One company is offering them about $256k clear after their fees and etc.

Then they will be free and clear from it completely. Right now they pay about $12k in maintenance fees a year.

They simply don't travel 6 months a year like they did before.    

It's with Diamond Resorts International, which is also now part of Hilton Grand.

Half the family is in Upstate NY (Utica) and the other half here at home with me.

Grinding away at work these days, so I've skipped the last few trips.

Better days and family time coming up real soon, just setting certain things in place as this economy and jobs stability tank in the shitter.

Would be nice to take the Quad and Truck out to the local dirt, maybe tomorrow.

High School Varsity Ice Hockey came to an end this weekend, my youngest played his last HS game as a Senior for Damien HS. 

CA States Playoffs went south for us with injuries and we didn't make Nationals this year...bummed out, but both my boys had a great run playing Ice Hockey for this school and new chapters lie ahead.
