Sand limos are awesome.

they dune with the best of them and rarely have issues. I have yet to meet someone who regretted owning a sand limo.

@L.R.S. son Balin dropped off the car yesterday.

@John@Outfront Got the engine tuned and the dash all set up. John and his crew did a great job on the engine, link ecu/display, and tune.

We were hoping for the car to weigh less than 2000 lbs but it ended up at 2064lbs

John was estimating 450hp but the car did better than he expected 503hp on pump e85 and 17lbs of boost

Now just need to get it in the sand this season.

Not exactly sure. I believe about 15lbs on e85. @John@Outfront would know he should be tuning the car very soon

Joe dropped off the car this morning on his way out to glamis. Now need to talk to @John@Outfront to schedule an appointment to tune it.

It’s based off his gp105 chassis. But I believe this one has 110” wheelbase not 105

Nope, single seat chassis is mine. Going to try and start that car this off season. This car is very similar a little bigger and also has the “monster” suspension. Bigger a arms and trailing arms etc

Its a very cool experience building a car with joe these days, you sit down with him tell him what you want... he suggest a few thing... but at the end of it he will really build you what you want.

Joe builds a few cars every year. It is pretty much just him at his shop in mesa. Still does a ton of refab/ uprgrade work on cars over the summer.

My dad hasn't had a car in over 10 years, he saw my car and got the urge to build one. He is old school and wanted a Medium sized light weight pure duner. We will be picking up the car next week. I will post more pictures and info once we take delivery
