Had I got that job just outside Dillon, I'd be in!  Still looking at Montana.  I'll get there sometime.

There is still time, I'll be going back in September :) . There are some very nice parts and very expensive parts of Montana.

I've been running against the clock to get new radiator, CV's with zerks, and Alper modified 2" hollows spindles installed on the Squirt with little time off from the plantation. Go most of it buttoned up late last night. A big thanks to @J Alper for getting the CV's and spindles completed and shipped before my trip and @parker@gearone for getting the CV's shipped out.

  3. Both wheels have a flat spot (prior owner) , one is more noticeable than the other. I couldn’t feel any thumpity thumpity but you can see it plain as day watching the wheels go around. I’d consider these spares. The two 6.80-15 tires age is unknown but have cracks, most likely old.  One held air the other lost air over a couple days. The wheels have “sand limo” engraved on the beadlock rings. Do have the bearings , lock nut, and caps. Converted to 2” hollows and 8.5-15. I will be at St Anthony IDRV May 21-24th, if you would like any of these let me know and I’ll bring them. If you can arrange for a ride from St Anthony to your location let me know I’m sure we can make something work. Located in Montana and probably not worth the cost of shipping. Trade any or all for your no longer needed spare parts. IMG_1516.thumb.jpeg.90adc5d2850581100d75affba4b75e08.jpegIMG_1519.thumb.jpeg.963714ec52660516bd470c10cd2e6b13.jpegIMG_1514.thumb.jpeg.1fa3c3b28c13ce1c8b9f42bb9b755a5b.jpegIMG_1511.thumb.jpeg.8ef3e0a5f570ca9976f59d0121a2e11c.jpegIMG_1515.thumb.jpeg.599e7cc5c3e1c3ba23924bda8d11c6fc.jpegIMG_1513.thumb.jpeg.7abf624dcfea0642781044215051306a.jpeg

Thats just the day time truck stop lot lizards. They are built to survive the harsh winter climate. You want the toothpick night time truck stop lot lizards. Those have to migrate south for the winter.

Thank you all for the reply's. Cortni's place seems ideally situated. If we can't get that then Idaho Dunes RV will be plan B.

In my experience IDRV books up pretty quick. I'd get your dates figured out and a place booked pronto.

  6. You don't want to go to St Anothony's. Terrible experience. If you absolutely have to go then IDRV is a great campground and is close to the big dunes. IDRV cleans thier restrooms and showers every morning unlike the other campground. There is an AirBNB across the road from IDRV, I'll try and find a link.
