If that's a deal breaker, he's probably better off not having someone like that as a customer. Robby has posted pics of joints of other brands that were not welded at all. But nobody bats an eyelash at the bigger flaws of either of the other major brands.
Uh. Sure. Better off not trading hard earned cash for something like that either. If the wife's Can Am had a bolt in a weld, damned sure I'm asking for another or a refund.

You sound like you saw one freckle on 4 supermodels and now you're saying they're all ugly witches.
Way to overdramatize one strong, but sh1tty looking weld.
Guaranteed everything around that weld is brittle. HAZ probably encompasses all of the tubes around that joint, LOL.
But, since it’s not going to a customer, just costs Robbie money from people seeing that and deciding to pass.

Also depends on how much of the side the door is occupying. Wind tends to do funny things to huge buildings with no internal walls when you make the door too big.

No. I think my fat cheeks pretty much seal off the bottom edge of the helmet. LOL
I could never find goggles that could seal properly, I was always driving around squinting one eye or the other and would end up at the end of the ride with my eyes full of sand.
I have an Asian nose, I know this pain.

We just use 2 of these:
We programmed in our "own" couple of channels (FCC po po gonna get me!), but you can just type in whatever and run that. At 5w or whatever, I doubt you're gonna step on others, but keep it in mind and immediately move to another channel if you hear others on the freq you picked.

It's a brand called Yema, on Amazon. I'm not saying it's the best or safest, but I like it.
Any sand get in your eyes? I tried using my road racing helmet a while back, but sand would blow up around the chin area and swirl inside...

Went Sunday and was not that crowded.
Bought 3 hats, 3 beers, got some free coozies, hung out with friends...was a great time.
Saw Scott, @MGMFRP, Talked to Grant at Funco for a few, drooled on Dillons New Funco (Sorry D)
Prices were out of control for the Stuff at Bert's, but seemed everything had SOLD signs on them. Probably just a gimmick to get you to order something.
Had fun, but I go in knowing what it is and that it isn't like the old days. It is still a good time to cruise around with my friends and look at stuff!
I like blue!

Real estate in San Diego doesn't think so. Few open houses had droves of people waiting in line to see it.
2007 called, it's trying to tell you something:

I go to Kevin's at vendors and buy a pile of "sand sealed" googles for $10/ea (or whatever they cost) at the beginning of the season. Yellow for busy weekends at night, tinted for daytime, and clear for everything else. At that price, screw it.
By the end of the season, no matter which goggles I bought, they're scratched up. With these, I don't bother with swapping lenses, I just give them to whoever needs a set (someone always does). They're sealed a little too well and fog when you're sitting still, so I stick them on the chin of my helmet.

They saw a TV show where a family finds the perfect RV and looks so happy. That starts a people dream of owning an RV. Driving across country seeing the sights with their mate and wonderful offspring, working form a National Parks spending every waking moment in 280 square feet.
Then they did it and after the first time they got to a National Park with there crappy kids and their mate who hasn't to get more than 30 feet away in five days and said this may not be what they advertised on that show that looked so happy.......
The final straw was when the got to that one campground when they had..........
To back the RV in.
Now the RV is for sale divorce papers have been filed and the fight of who actually has to keep the kids has started.
To add insult to injury, fast forward a week after they get home when the Mr. went to dump the holding tank and the sh!t shoot and stinky slinky got clogged with non-RV TP and feminine products. Now the wife has gone missing and the husband went to his parents' house and lawyered up.

Probably also means a glut of inventory on trucks and SUVs that can tow once the leases are due.

Or the first time things don’t go as planned when dumping the sh!tter.

Any idea how this compare to the C6 'vette pan?
Looks like better clearance overall. This does require the use of an F-body windage tray:
302-2 is designed to use a GM “F-body” windage tray, GM P/N 12558253. A modification to the windage tray is required to provide clearance to the pick-up tube. A full-length windage tray may be used if the front quarter of the tray is removed. See the instructions showing the windage tray modifications required

Ghost camping 101
in General Chat
Posted
Your circa 2003 forum oldness is showing sir.
But, you wouldn't know about real ghost camping anyway. To properly ghost camp, one must spend most of their time not in their camp, leaving their chit out there unoccupied for the "haters" to look at with envy. Proper ghost camping requires weeks of inactivity to truly bring about the mystique.
