Unbelievable turnout.
40 yard dumpster crammed full.
Brad at Daddy's served over 750 tacos for lunch.
700+ logged volunteers. From gecko, olds, wash 6 and the flats.
Hundreds of prizes handed out.
Brad from Daddy's came in clutch for dinner plans last min when the pizza guy Dang Bros went to crap.
Daddy's last min came thru with 500 burgers, who knows how many hot dogs.
Amazing day, amazing event with Genesis RV,
Rowley White RV
Clean Dune Project, Desert Whips, Dune and Destroy, Glamis Veterans, Sand Asylum.
ASA on site, Reach Air Med, BLM office, rangers, medics and maintenance workers.
Great to see everyone come together for this cause.
Couldn't have pulled this off without all the volunteers.
Photos of the evening at Camp Genesis.

Because I am dumb and make everything difficult. If I go that far it will get new rear 934 arms. Halfway through I will get drunk and decide it needs a custom aluminum body and a radius roof. Then I will get drunker and decide it needs the new front arms and 3.0 shocks. It’s best we leave Pandora’s box close.
Ill pitch in a bottle of your choosing to get this build thread started.

Looking to purchase something that uses the foam and plastic for shipping. We are shipping a fair amount of heavy items that just don't do well with packing peanuts, cardboard etc.
Anyone use these foam supplies and have any feedback for a first time buyer? Do's/Don't etc.
TIA
Erik

Hmmm that would have lowered hp ratings on the dyno and it will be faster in the dunes……are you ok with that? lol
Funny, had the same thought.
Hope this is it.

Too thick of a brake pad would totally stick with some heat. If f one wheel is locked up you really aren’t going anywhere from a stop either
Seems to be what it was. Much less rolling resistance on the wheels. And the pads have some wiggle room. They never did before.

So... What I've found is the rear brake pads may have been too thick. Now that I've machined off 25-30 thou they float.
I've been running the car on stands. Power breaking and now the pads are loose and wiggle as they never did before.
Pulled th drain plug on the trans and it has some fuzzies but nothing major.
Thinking this is it. Maybe praying. Mostly hoping.

Mystery for sure. Caliper is parallel to rotor? No kinked hard line or hose? Have you tried flushing out your brake lines to remove any possible debris or obstruction.
All good with the fluid.

You guys got me thinking................
If I had one caliper locked up or one side of the turning brake line locked, wouldn't the other wheel turn fine. Wouldn't I be able to spin one wheel when I was trying to get un stuck????
No different then me grabbing a handful of turning brake and on the gas. One wheel is driving the car and the other is locking up.
This situation I have been in is without a doubt both rears locked up. In forward and in reverse. The car is not going to move
I have been in two gears before in a bug I have owned many moons ago. The hockey stick broke between shifts and locked the car into 1st and 2nd. It took a ton of power and clutching to get it to move when it happened. Just like this situation I am having, But.....
If we jack up the car and roll the back tires it will unlock and drive out. Which is why I am questioning the Mendi S4
