It has a fuel tank on it. Can't find how many gallons it holds. That would be awesome if it held a weeks worth of fuel! We have not left camp to re-fuel and return. Once we're in we're in! That would be different too. Peace

The Man ain't no dummy. He's got a good point. The weather Summertime in Glamis. How much of a beating is the 5th wheel going to take? Definitely a different routine. Fuel. MTC. Food. Change is good? Trap sent me this. Could this be the staple in the Dune community forever?

New 2023 Forest River Rv Cherokee Wolf Pack 365PACK16 For Sale in Denton, TX - 5028125742 - RV Trader

Peace

The trailers you praise and spend $$ to rent are stored at Dunes Edge over the summertime. / Keep 5 Gallon Buckets of water inside and have a mobile service Buff and detail them.

Even if you spen $5000 per year on Storage  / Maintance / washes & Details ........ETC (which it would not be that much in a million years) you would be covered for 10 years Just on the taxes alone you would pay for a motorhome that will have you needing an electrical engenieering degree when its time to change a fuse.

You have the hardest part for anyone to justify and its part of your business - THE TOW VEHICLE is already in your posession - Why not have a glamis home that you can drive to comfortably / loaded up with supplies - Fuel - enjoy an easy trip with a hotel 1 night and have everything you want when you get there PLUS access to your truck while you are there.

You are going to spend a fortune on a rig that will get rattled down wash road to wash 22 and end up spending 2 - 3 weeks a year returning to the manufacturer with a yellow pad wit all the problems you are having soo it can get fixed. My neighbor spent 6 weeks back in the midwest with his moho Phaeton getting everything repaired.

I know you !!!......all you want is to show up and drink Cold Beer / Ride your Quad / Drive your Canned Ham and atc 70 and eat good food on a weber Q grill......STOP complicating it!..........my fear is the more you add these wazooo pushers and COMPLICATED luxury beasts - the more you will be trying to fix stupid complicated tow rigs than spending quality time in the dunes.

for 75 bucks / Fernando will drop your rig off at camp for you........

If you really look at what you are doing to get a quad and SXS to the dunes and what it costs  VS what I am laying out.....you will not think I am crazy..........Check out @HozayKwarvo s 5th wheel / ITS INCREDIBLE !!!!!! If you wanna drop a bit more you could have one of those......... Use it for the next 10 years and repeat the process then.........You will be in hog heaven without all the stress you clearly described to me having to tow a moho from TX to Glamis while wifey sleeps and enjoys the ride.

Get a honking GIANT BEAUTIFUL 5th wheel THIS WEEK and Call it a day!.........Have it waiting for you in wash 22 for your next trip and have some fun loading it up with all your stuff (tow a trailer out with your truck with all your stuff and park it next to your new 5th wheel and move into your new rig......DONE and Ready for years to come!!!!

:poule:

Glamis is a very simple.....HOWEVER many of us lose what were the best trips we remember by getting all this cazy stuff.......... My best trips in the world were having the TIME to enjoy the dunes with friends and family........... I KNOW YOURS WERE TOO.........That INCREDIBLE feeling had NOTHING to do with a million $$$$ rig..............

OPTION B is to Drive the Giant 5th wheel out 1X per year and store it in Glamis for the season,,,,,,,,,,,,, That way you can keep it in TX for the remainder of the year and use it there too.......

You have the Honkin Tow Vehicle for your Job !!!! That is the toughest part for most peeps......You have it as part of your business!!!!

One Tow out in the begining of the season and One Tow back in April........

HHHHMMMMMM

Yes, it is. And also add, with a few exceptions, majority of fun and memorable times are outside your camping unit.

Quite a rig! Not sure how excited I would be to take something that nice out to the dunes and fill with dust and sand.

This is my simple. When the weekend is over cleaning takes no more than 20 minuets.

The newer F3928RR is the closest to what I have now and by them moving the fridge they give you even more room for toys... I have 26.5 from door to fridge, this new one has an extra foot beyond that.

I was doing two 450 quads and a 4 seat canam and could have fit more if needed.
